What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace combines meetings, chat, calls, and collaboration tools within a single, unified platform. The interface is user-friendly and responsive, and I find the AI features particularly helpful for generating summaries and boosting productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface is clean, and features like meetings, chat, and collaboration tools are all integrated in a way that feels natural and efficient. Implementation was straightforward, and our team was able to get up and running with very little training. I also appreciate the reliability—meetings start quickly, the video quality is consistently strong, and the workflow tools make it easier to stay organized across projects.
The wide range of features makes it a versatile workspace, and we use it frequently throughout the day for everything from quick check-ins to larger team sessions. Integrations with other apps we use daily help keep everything connected and improve productivity. On top of that, customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed guidance, which adds to the overall positive experience.

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that its growing number of features can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for users who only need the basics. Some tools are tucked away in menus or require extra configuration, which can create a slight learning curve. While I use Zoom Workplace frequently and rely on it daily, occasional glitches or audio/video delays do happen during peak usage times. Customer support is generally helpful, but response times can be inconsistent, especially when dealing with more complex technical issues. Overall, the platform is strong, but streamlining some features and improving support responsiveness would make the experience even better.

Effortless to Use with Helpful Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use, and I appreciate the features that let me turn off my camera or audio whenever necessary. I also find the help center to be quite informative and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I have noticed the app lagging, even though I am using a high-speed internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From what I gather, one of the bugs they are currently addressing is related to the “Leave Meeting” button. Fixing this would be a huge help, as I have also experienced difficulties when trying to exit at the end of my meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It has every feature you need for a meeting or webinar as both a facilitator and attendee. The features are intuitive and easy to use. In particular, breakout rooms, transcripts, and live chats are particularly important for a lot of the online events I have attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I particularly dislike - I prefer Zoom over most other virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is easy to use across different workplaces that may use "conflicting" platforms (Teams vs. Google Meet). I also attend a lot of webinars and events via Zoom, and things like presentation mode and breakout rooms can make events far more interactive and engaging.

The initial setup was very straightforward, and the overall ease of use and thoughtful design make me highly likely to recommend Zoom Workplace to others.

I find switching between tools to be sometimes scattered, which disrupts the smoothness of using Zoom Workplace. Notifications tend to get excessively noisy, which can be distracting and hinder my productivity. It would be beneficial if the notification settings were more easily accessible and if there was a more seamless workflow process implemented.

Easy to setup. Great video and audio quality. Love the features like recording calls on the cloud for future reference.

What do you like best about the product?
It's video call quality and now it's integration with MS outlook and other tools is getting better day by day. Previously it's integration with Microsoft outlook / Teams Calender was not seamless, but now works fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big con, but it uses resources more than expectation. So sometimes it effects the performance of low spec systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying the way to connect with teamwork and so much reliable that you can blindly trust on. It's Video quality is much better that MS Teams what I feel. And Auto AI note summarization is like cherry on the cake.

I like the reactions panel. The fact I can mute and hide my camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about zoom workplace. The only issue that I found that was that my zoom on my mobile phone I had a hard time finding the raised hand button but when I found it it was fine.

I usually log on to zoom workplace for my meetings.
