Works Great For Me!
What do you like best about the product?
Works for me. My clients all learn a lot, the feature they love the most is that it is recorded and they get to watch the meeting at their leisure. They like interacting with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to share my screen. It can also become a struggle to allow them to share their screen. It is just embarrassing when everyone has to wait in order for you to allow them to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients from all over the world. The problem Zoom solves is our inability to get together in person, which would be expensive. With Zoom we get the benefit of a face to face interaction without the travel costs.
Just Like That We Were Connected
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has definitely helped me to connect with clients in a productive way while creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement during our sessions. Zoom offers ways for me to incorporate various tools into my sessions while not becoming a distraction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when using the sharing feature you are not able to see the participants and that you have to stop sharing in order to check the box to share your sound. I also dislike the fact that the apps can only be accessed through a link instead of automatically sharing them with participants to join while in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the chat feature and the interaction icons are great and create a great way for participants to interact as well as the zoom studio where you can be able to look beautiful and flawless while on camera.
Easy/Convenient for Telehealth
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for both myself and clients. Having mutilple ways to use between a site, app, or mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between meetings can sometimes be tedious when you have limited time to make the move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for clients- other platforms regularly had issues with connectivity and were difficult to navigate

What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom website can be managed easier. Specially there should an option to use the same link everytime we have a meeting specially for the weekly ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the webinar and recording features available. Scheduling an event with automatic reminders and automatic recording is wonderful. I love being able to access reports and recordings whenever I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. I think it could be a little more clear and more affordable. Zoom team should discuss a tear system or sliding scale or discount for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me continue my business as a medical education provider when covid first hit. Because of zoom now more folks can gain information and receive continuing education from the comfort of their homes.
Great experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been very easy to navigate. Anytime I had questions they were available to answer my questions. It has provided options and easiness of working remotely with staff. Being able to have break-out options to hold different trainings were new for us but worked effectively. Invoicing had an option where we were able to show our agency as tax-exempt. The renewal process was easy and printing invoices for our records were accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. Been very satisfied with the services and ease of working online via Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issue that I experienced was the invoicing option for tax-exempt status. They walked us through uploading a copy of our tax-exempt certificate and credited our account appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is quick to adapt and innovate. Offering enhanced tools, connections to outside applications, and now making it easier than ever to invite, share screen, game. and take notes with the whiteboard options.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I attend a meeting Zoom will auto enter me into a meeting on an email account I don't want to sign in with. It'd be great if there was a way to check which account or complete an email/account name change before it tosses me into a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screen sharing, not having to use an outside source for whiteboard and note-taking, and entering and exiting participants out of a Zoom with alerts is a breeze. It's helpful being able to add co-hosts also. So if I'm host and in the middle of a screen share someone else can admit participants.
Zoom is the video solution for hybrid work
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom as my primary tool for hybrid meetings and video conferencing since 2018. The program is easy to use and is the preferred video conferencing tool by my clients, friends and family. I also have Microsoft Teams and it works well, but most people that do not work for a large organization or the government hate using it, so Zoom is my choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like, and this is user error, is sometimes I use my general Zoom link to conduct meetings, and if two meetings are back-to-back and the first one goes over, the second meeting can log in at the same time. I have to be careful to schedule a unique meeting idea or require my approval for guests to be let into the room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my go-to video conferencing solution in this hybrid world. My clients, friends and family all request to use it because it is simple, and the video and audio are great quality.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of ZOOM how it continually evolving and updating. Its so easy to use and it is a great experience for my clients and for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel the need to utilize the most recent apps. I don't dislike it but it's not something that is needed for my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to engage with my clients. Very easy to use with my website and it gives me high quality video that I can repurpose.
Zoom is the most powerful and game changing tool of the decade
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use. It does not require a software purchase. It allows users to feel that we are seated in rooms and we are coming together as community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty arises when either there is instability in the internet connection or people do not know how to mute and/or share! Would love to see more "alerts" the leader could put on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is resolving the issue of geography, especially in the time of Covid and even post-Covid. Less time is wasted, people can work from home, etc.
