Been using zoom daily since March of 2020 with almost no technical problems
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and I love that I can record my classes. The most important part for me is that I can see my students and they have an option to be seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can not speak with customer service unless I had a higher package. I already pay about $150 yearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that zoom is solving is that I don't have to be in the same physical space as my students. I can have students globally!
Zoom makes everything easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is how easy it is to create a meeting and troubleshoot things like hearing and seeing one another. When someone is experiencing technical difficulties it's easy that figure out whose end it's on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how LOUD the alert is that the meeting is being recorded. When I have my headphones on, it scares me and I hate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy having podcast interviews but it's hard to get people in the same place at a time that works for everyone. With zoom, I can talk to anyone in the world at any time.
Meeting across the miles
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up meetings, and how easy it is to invite people to join by sending them an invitation with an embedded link and passcode.
I haven't used Google meet and have been on other meeting platforms but not enough to say.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set up a co-host as an admin for a basic pro account. I pay for the basic pro account 200$ per year and feel I should be able to have a co-admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom held our riding association to have regular meetings even though we live at opposite ends of the riding. We are more productive because it is easier to meet than when we gathered in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes things simple by offering ongoing training if we don't understand something. I am not the best computer saavy person and I like that they've thought of everything and created it on their site even before I ask!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything. If I HAVE to be on a zoom appointment-which I sometimes do, I am comfortable doing so as the guesswork is taken away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection from California to throughout the US! I can connect for personal and for business needs with others and not have to travel!
Zoom has transformed my business communication
What do you like best about the product?
As an independent brand partner, I discovered that the post-pandemic drag was real. I also learned that genuine conversations bump up my bottom line. Zoom has been my biggest asset in reconnecting with brand partners and customers on a one-on-one, face-to-face basis. I have not found an easier, more cost-efficient way to communicate with my global network marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how to best address Zoom fatigue - some people have become tired of "zooming" and those folk prefer other methods of communicating with me. That is the only challenge I have with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom connects the entire world with one click. My brand partners and customers live in multiple countries and no matter where they live or where I travel, Zoom is hands down the simplest way to stay engaged in face-to-face communication.

Chat could be more interesting. I wish we could share files or display images.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to create multiple meeting links. I also like that I get notified when someone is waiting for me to start the meeting. As far as I know no other platform does either of these two things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that you need a strong connection, but I know that it's due to the video capabilities, which use more data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me have a nationwide business. Before, I would only meet with clients and partners locally, but now I am able to have business partners and clients all over the US.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed our team to connect from a variety of locations and has even allowed those traveling to connect and not miss out on anything. It has been very convenient and user friendly in our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there does not appear to be any downsides to using zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing all of our team members to connect and collaborate within the comfort of their own office space or home space. It never requires everyone to be in the office at the same time. It's flexible and inclusive.
Zoom is an incredible video conferencing application
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is easy to use for all ages (user-friendly). It is simple to share your screen and sound, allow others to share their screens, discuss using the chat box, create break-out rooms, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints or dislikes. I would however recommend a Zoom whiteboard option that would be nice to have when wanting to write down notes and information to share with others in the video room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is wonderful and it very much benefits me. I can teach and tutor virtually without any problems or headaches. This made my life a lot easy during COVID and now. My students love Zoom as well. I also enjoy Zoom for personal use. I benefits me by allowing me to see and speak with friends and family who live far away.

What do you like best about the product?
Since the Covid hit the world, we shifted many things at my work to online. Since I work at school, internal meetings, meeting with parents, learning sessions, etc. are all online. Easier for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated for the senior users. Dependency on hardwares which the attendees use and sometimes it's hard to navigate for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more stable than it used to be.
