What do you like best about the product?
Since the Covid hit the world, we shifted many things at my work to online. Since I work at school, internal meetings, meeting with parents, learning sessions, etc. are all online. Easier for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated for the senior users. Dependency on hardwares which the attendees use and sometimes it's hard to navigate for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more stable than it used to be.

Easy and convenient to use

What do you like best about the product?
I can have meetings with members from all over the state or country without the need to travel. Zoom is very simple to use and has great quality video and audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things just need to be done in person. I handle meetings where we have to share documents quite a bit and it would be nice to have that be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves m need to travel to meet with clients. That is the biggest benefit. I can handle meetings and hearings without leaving my office and charging travel expenses.

What do you dislike about the product?
Storage is low even if you have a plan above basic
Pricing is a little high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the inability to reach clients on an international level, as an independent contractor, zoom has allowed me to expand my business to 13+ countries virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to meet with team and clients. I also love how I can pull it up on my phone or laptop. As a traveling business owner, this is clutch at times. I also, like that I can easy have webinars with reminders and calendar invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally dislike how the free version only allows for 45 minutes for 3 or more individuals. For a business owner, that would be you, your client, and your assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients and team members all over the world with just a few clicks. It also allows me to be reminded of my meetings. I almost forgot the ability to record consultations and coaching sessions is important part of onboarding and customer service. Whether your client needs something to refer back to or you have a client complaint, having everything recorded is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! It's sooooooo easy! I think everybody can use it without needing instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to easily hand off control for recording and presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting virtually is key and I am grateful for this opportunity to say Zoom has opened doors to faraway sources like Australia.

Effective face to face meetings when you can't meet in person.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sit in a room "together" to meet and collaborate is great. Seeing other's faces and body language is important in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to upgrade to pro to meet more than 40 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that all of my staff and my customers are at a distance. it brings me much closer to everyone.

Zoom works well across various devices

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom to function more consistently and with better quality than most other conferencing software I've tried. I also like being able to stream to a variety of platforms from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup of settings and other navigation are different between the browser site, the computer app, and the phone app. It took me a bit to get used to where to find things on each and I sometimes change which I'm using based on where I know how to find a given feature I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm building a business designed to create community both locally and broadly. Zoom allows doing that both in private meetings and in public livestreams (among other ways I haven't used yet but will when I get to that point in my business).

Can't live without Zoom these days!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes business collaboration easy, reliable and secure.
It also provides the best connectivity to family and friends when getting together in person isn't possible for geographic or health reasons.
I love that it can flex to however serious or fun you want to be for the group you're with.
We've simplified our life by canceling a lot of SAAS subscriptions, but we wouldn't dream of dropping Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like for some of the "fun" side of Zoom to continue to expand and improve. The interactions are still stiff and the raise and lower hand can be a bit buggy. Those are tiny quibbles though. I love Zoom and use it for work strategy sessions, presentations, and meetings, school group project discussions and presentations, friend and family check-ins, game nights, karaoke nights, guided cooking help/teaching, or coaching small and larger groups in our business. I've also extensively used Google Meet and Cisco Web-X platforms, but Zoom is my favorite go-to when it's MY choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more companies and individuals are working remotely and Zoom allows us to stay connected with them visually to maintain positive and credible relationships.
For our coaching business, our clients are all over the world, so meeting via Zoom lets us build trust and rapport through facial and body language that would not be evident in phone or email communiques.
In our volunteer organizations, Zoom kept our clubs from folding when COVID-19 shut down meeting in group settings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and allows me to reach people all over the world so I can teach my classes and meet with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a better way to play music through Zoom so the sound was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can teach online now - face to face. I can even put people into small groups.

Great for older and less computer savvy

What do you like best about the product?
I am an older adult that meets with groups online for book clubs, etc. I am not at all computer savvy but I found Zoom very easy to use, schedule meetings, allows needed time frames, and help if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not knowing when my next payment is due for longer time frames. Maybe an email or account button to check that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making international contacts easy and reliable is a great help to my needed use.
