Happy with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule and set up a meeting. I like the options to mute people, to turn on/off video, and the call-in option for people with low-quality internet coverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to have a problem with scheduling meetings days ahead of time, but that was fixed. Now, I just wish some things were easier to find and a bit more intuitive, but I'm happy overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with people all over the country, and sometimes the world. Zoom helps me stay connected. Whenever email communication just isn't cutting it, I always suggest we schedule a Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been very easy to learn and use
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more helpful to me if you could see more people who are in the meeting while also seeing what is being presented, without needing a second screen

Zoom is allowing us to provide trainings that we are not able to due to time constrictions and COVID

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is being able to access a meeting within seconds. Overall, the interface is simple to use and helps me tremendously while working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I don't like about Zoom. If I was experiencing difficulties I’m confident that I can get the help I need or can find the answer within the help center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for my coworkers and I to connect as if we were in-person and share realtime feedback on work tasks and projects. Our team collaboration is made easier with Zoom.

Amazing Flexibility - Easy to Use - Realitable

What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoom gives you flexibility with security features, I enjoy the great user experience when people are joining - it's easy to see who can talk. I also appreciate the nice experience moving from Mobile call-ins to Computer audio and back. Very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is becoming a big company, so as long as they resist the temptation to make things complicated they will be okay. I dislike their ability to manage group calls, and interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved the problem of a reliable video / audio conferencing solution - where screen sharing is used. The animation features make it easy to be interactive and collaborate with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
The process for use is fairly intuitive for the user. In addition, as the platform grew, we got better features, including privacy/security over time. I find Zoom more user friendly and stable than Microsoft Teams or even some of the encrypted therapy-only video conferencing softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a paid subscriber personally I would like to be able to assign another acquaintance to host a personal meeting when I cannot. That is not currently an option for a secured meeting outside of the corporate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to do my work as a therapist and stay connected to my social support throughout the pandemic, regardless of my health. I have been able to feel connected when I would otherwise feel isolated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to start a meeting anytime versus waiting to schedule a meeting. I like being able to control who comes in, mute people and how it functions well for teaching virtual fitness classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have gone to teaching fitness classes virtually 100% which has allowed my friends and family to attend either during the class or watch the playback. It has also allowed me to acquire new clients that I would typically have trouble scheduling face to face appointments with.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use by all ages - children to adults. Great quality of the image and sound. It allowed our small business to survive the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative. The service is the best of all the online meeting apps I have tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to continue operating during the pandemic, and to reach more customers. At this time it allows for easy team meetings and let's us offer a variety of online classes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has enabled me to personally and professionally expand opportunities to get together with others to develop ideas or build community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced too many limitations beyond those related to how account tiers are established, but these are understandable given business costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has enabled meetings that would have otherwise been canceled to continue, which enables the work of the group to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability on any device, any time anywhere, it's easy to use for everyone involved. I love that you can download backgrounds online and use them every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only do 40 min meetings for free and then you need a subscription and it can get expensive depending on your needs. I understand that the company has to make money but I still wished it was more affordable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect with clients all over the world, and integrate Zoom into different other websites and business solutions/services. It is very widely used all over the place

Free tier plans are getting more and more limited.

Work From home is made a lot easier with zoom. It is also good for remote desktop support.
