Zoom is my go-to for online demos
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great, because it just works. I can use Google Meet for free, but it just seems like Zoom is more stable and easier for others to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screensharing can be difficult for those that I meet with on Zoom. I wish that could be easier somehow. It works fine for me, and if you know what you are doing it's great, but it is hard for those that are not familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to give online demos to prospects and to chat with my remove team.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enabled our organization to continue to carry on business especially during COVID-19; after restrictions were lifted, Zoom allowed us to carry on business as usual.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any negative experiences with Zoom. When we first started using Zoom, we realized we had a short 40 minute limit on meetings, but we worked around that by scheduling our meetings for two hours and problem solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our organization to meet in-person and via Zoom is someone is sick or has personal problems that make it impossible for them to attend a meeting in-person.
Versatile and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been particularly easy for even the most technologically challenged to use. It has been flexible enough to adapt to our ever-changing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love it if the auto-trancriber could be set to Spanish - but that is not a huge deal.

It helps us communicate with congregants across the globe

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful for our completely remote company. There are a lot of great features that allow for any size group to use the platform seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features on Zoom that it's sometimes difficult to find and customize the different features. For example, the ability to have anyone join the zoom without the host is quite buried into the app. I often have to get on a phone call with my employees to explain how to find the different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping our completely remote team work together effectively. I also schedule SO MANY interviews via Zoom, and it's a very easy platform for anyone to use.

What do you like best about the product?
People are able to take classes virtually and in remote locations. You are still able to interact and connect with others. I like how you can call to join or be on a video call.
The most helpful thing is that you can include more than one admin in every call so that more people can sit in the call and monitor the other users. I like how you can private message others in the chat about certain things if you only need a specific person.
I really like how easy it is to send out the link for Zoom and the receiver only has to click the URL to join. Also, there are no extra steps in getting on the call.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike about Zoom. I really like how you guys allow for breakout rooms as well as a bigger room so that if needed, the users can go and talk in small groups and come back to the big room and share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to give an option for virtual learning for those who can't make it in person. Zoom also allows us to get teachers from other parts of Texas to teach the classes that our realtors need. This application allows us to have many admins proctoring the class so that we can make sure everyone is paying attention without having to worry about interrupting the whole class.

You can connect with people from different locations, either via video or without. You can create security levels with no time limit on the duration of your meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am paying for two accounts, one for business and another for bible study as I can't have two consecutive meetings at the same time. I would love if I could set two differnt meeting with one account and one monthly or annual payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to travel to other people's homes or even to other provinces, I can meet them from the comfort of my home. They also do not to prepare their homes to welcome me as a guest which could even take their attention rather than focussing on the business.

How fast and simple it is. Definitely easy for my clients to use and myself.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it costs more for the webinar version of zoom and how it doesn't integrate with Mailchimp perfectly unless you sign up for the webinar version.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool is sharing my screen. Moments ago, I just completed a team training by sharing my screen and walking my team through a new application for Project Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom had a Windows 10 S application. My work laptop access is limited to Browser viewing mode and the connection to my meetings are slower. My workaround is to use my work laptop to share my screen in browser viewing mode, then use my iPad or cell phone for video/audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to virtually meet and see my teammates has helped me connect with my new team since we all work remotely. It has helped me build deeper relationships with them and be more appreciative and aware of their work tasks outside of our meetings.
I do at least 25% of my business over Zoom. It's been incredibly helpful through the pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly which is helpful when I'm reaching out to people outside of my organizations. I work in the nonprofit industry so it's imperative that I have an easy, non-intimidating way to connect with donors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a one-sheeter or a quick video tutorial that I could share with people who are new to Zoom before our meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with donors from all over the country without the expense of traveling. I had a meeting with someone in Denmark which was great.

Zoom is easy to use. Users of various skill levels are able to use with ease.

The only issue I've had is with my plan I am the only administrator and I'd like to be able to delegate a call to someone else.

I use Zoom mostly for personal use. It was extremely helpful in allowing my friends and family to keep in touch during the pandemic. We set up weekly calls and have continued them.
