Effortless Meetings and Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace for a couple of years. It is an easy and effective way to manage calls and work tasks. Connecting with people and scheduling meetings is simple. The recent updates have made it even more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, most aspects are good. However, having an AI-driven feature for automatically generating meeting minutes would be very helpful, as it could improve our workflow and save us time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we relied on another product, but with Zoom, we have never encountered any connection issues. It allows us to schedule meetings with a larger number of participants, and sharing screens or documents during calls is straightforward and convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, I find Zoom is normal for me, I just use it when US ASEAN CENTER invited me to join the meeting to announce upcoming new programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, If it doesn't meet my needs many times I will delete it and use another platform to use

I use Zoom Workplace to easily connect with others, solving distance issues with smooth communication, video calls, screen sharing, and document sharing, enhancing teamwork and collaboration.

One new thing I really like about Zoom Workplace is how it continues to improve AI-powered features like meeting summaries, smart notes, and action-item tracking. These enhancements save time after meetings and make follow-ups much easier. I also appreciate the smoother integration between chat, meetings, and collaboration tools, which helps teams stay organized and productive in one unified workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace could improve the overall user experience by simplifying the interface and reducing feature clutter, especially for new users. Making navigation more intuitive and streamlining settings would help users quickly find what they need and improve overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how seamless Zoom Workplace makes communication across teams, switching between chat, meetings, and collaboration feels effortless. It keeps everything connected without needing multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom’s great overall, but it’s starting to feel a bit crowded with features. It’d be nice if common tasks were easier to find and do without digging through so many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it a lot easier for our team to stay connected and get things done. We use it for meetings, chat, and quick collaboration without jumping between different apps. It’s been great for keeping everyone on the same page, especially with some of us working remotely. Overall, it’s just made communication and teamwork a lot smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Zoom Workplace because it significantly eases communication, offering me the capability to conduct conversations from home or any location without needing to physically meet. The clarity of voices and the good video quality enhance my meeting experience tremendously, making virtual interactions almost as real as face-to-face ones. This platform offers exceptional ease in screen sharing, which simplifies presenting materials and collaborating remotely with others. Additionally, I find the team chat feature indispensable; it allows seamless and interruption-free conversations with multiple people, which is crucial for effective team collaboration. I also value how the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy and better compared to our previous experiences, ensuring a smooth transition. Given all these strengths, I would highly recommend Zoom Workplace, evidenced by my high likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague with a rating of 9 out of 10. Overall, Zoom Workplace proves itself as a valuable tool for efficient, clear, and convenient digital communication.

The paid version isn't good because at times I may not have the funds.

It can get laggy when there are too many things running at the same time.

Solves the problem of having too many separate tools for communication and collaboration. Everything’s integrated now, so it’s easier to stay organized, connect with teammates, and get work done faster without switching between apps.

What I like most about the application is how easy it is to use.

On the mobile phone, it is sometimes difficult to adjust the screen, especially when I need to access other apps or files while using it.

During the Covid pandemic, this tool helped me a lot with my university classes. It really facilitated my academic experience during that very challenging period.
