Extremely easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, short learning curve much easier and much more reliable than all the competitors out there, best conferencing software on the web compared to all the competitors, won my heart during the pandemic
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, everything is working well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saved lives on the line when we were able to quickly move recovery group meetings online during the pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
Frees up my schedule. I don't need to travel to make meetings. Pricing is affordable. Much easier to schedule as meetings take less time. Pricing is more affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues at this time, everything works well. Nothing that I can think of. It would be better if it was free :) I can't think of any improvements at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding the pandemic, we can meet with people and not have them come into the office. I am more productive, less time out of my day, no travel. Yes it most certainly has.

Zoom Works Great For Us!

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom for our Sunday morning church services, which allows folks unable to attend in person to still be involved in our service. Many of them are technically challenged and yet have found it easy enough to use. We also use it to conduct business meetings, which allows greater flexibility than in the past, when we were always having to meet in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little choppy if you're in an area with not the best wifi, but that's to be expected. I kinda wish the links to share weren't as hard to decipher/were something easy to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us navigate COVID as a church - since we couldn't meet in person, it helped us bridge the gap during that period of time - now that this time is mostly over, it helps us to continue to connect with our members who cannot meet in person, as well as be a way for strangers to check us out online first!

I love Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to meet with my friends, team members, clients, and business prospects. It is so much better than having a phone call, as I am actually able to see the person and communicate so much better. Zoom has really helped my business grow and is a great way for me to connect with so many people. Zoom has the best quality of video than any other program like this out there. I use this for all of my virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Living in rural Wisconsin, I sometimes get an unstable connection, but that is not Zoom's fault. But that is the only downside to using a program like this. Everything else about this program is good and helpful to me and my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I struggled with connecting with my clients, as talking over the phone was the only other option. Using zoom has benefited both me and my clients to be able to communicate more effectively and get so much more work done than I could over a phone call.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy for everyone to use-- setting up meetings, scheduling meetings, inviting attendees, joining meetings, all of it is very easy and takes very little explanation for anyone to figure out by themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom isn't free for everyone all the time. Most of my meetings last just about 1 hour give or take and the free meetings are about 45 minutes. It's quite smart on the side of the company that needs to make money but a little frustrating for someone who runs about 4 meetings a month total.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People who cannot attend meetings in person are able to listen and interact with the rest of the staff in our meetings which is very helpful and very important to everyone. Having the option of "face to face" meeting helps us maintain some sense of connection we'd otherwise miss when interacting remotely.

Love Zoom Best Thing For My Condominium Meetings!!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
It cuts out the petty chatter during live meetings! It has cut meeting times generally in half.
My Secretaries for the meetings love the ability to record the meeting as do I, it helps to be able to get the minutes correct and not miss something that may be important.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, NOTHING!
My Condo owners, it is they don't have the time to catch up since the last meeting.
It's not a zoom issue but when people don't have internet or equipment that can handle streaming the meeting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing the ability to meet and discuss issues and ideas without the need to travel and meet and then travel back. The biggest benefit to me is the time savings. I can work until just before the meeting and then jump back into work without the loss of time.

The Perfect Platform for Any Meeting Need

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is the simplicity of use. I've watched people who aren't technically skilled pick it up and use it pretty easily. And as a speaker and trainer, I don't like being on a complicated platform where it's difficult to share my screen and I have to worry about the system and hitting the wrong button more than my presentation. I also love that you can schedule meetings in advance, invite people, or jump on and do a Zoom with no pre-planning. I think truly it's in the top 5 of all the tools I use in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as the platform itself, I cannot think of anything I truly dislike. It would be nice if the webinar had an option that was a little lower in head count for a smaller investment, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with people virtually using a quick interface that everyone knows how to use. Absolutely makes meetings more effective than the phone. Also, I've been able to speak and train virtually which has shifted my business in a new direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Zoom program. Since I started using it, my business income has tripled. Being an animal communicator & healer I am now able to teach Pet Reiki Training and do readings with clients all around the world. Before Zoom I was working and teaching only in my local area and having to be in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Zoom. I don't have any dislikes about it. I am not a very technical person so cannot tell you how to improve or what options to add. It works for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now reaching clients all around the world. I love being able to go on many more global shows (podcasts) and the quality is very professional. My business income has tripled since using Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been extremely helpful to me in my business as a therapist/counselor. I am able to meet with clients in a secure virtual environment. I like that I can select settings to customize my virtual office via Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Zoom no longer has the unpaid option for meetings with one other person. The 40-minute limit does not meet my needs. Although I have the paid version, which I feel is too expensive for my needs, I have regular meetings with others that have me to log off and log back in again because the meeting will end before the session is over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped to solve the problem of not being able to see therapy client's in person. Through the Zoom platform, I was able to maintain continuity of care which is of extreme importance in the therapy field. Through the pandemic, there was an influx of clients that experienced challenges adjusting to new societal changes.

Easy to find answers to anything I don't know.
I love the simplicity.
I love the option to record to cloud and share the recording link.
I love that I can have people register to live events directly through zoom.

Not the most visually appealing platform.

It provides me a very easy platform for seeing clients and hosting group events online!
