What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with fragmented communication and unreliable video quality when collaborating on music production and technical labs. Since implementing Zoom Workplace, we can now run high-quality screen-sharing sessions to review DAW projects and cybersecurity network topologies in real time. As a result, project turnaround has improved noticeably, and communication between remote team members is much clearer.

Reliable, Easy Meetings and Smooth Remote Collaboration in Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to run meetings, collaborate with teammates, and communicate with clients from one place. I like that it is reliable, simple to join, and works well across devices. Features like screen sharing, recordings, chat, calendar integrations, and breakout rooms help make remote collaboration smoother and more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can sometimes feel overloaded with too many features beyond basic meetings. Audio, video, or connection quality can still vary depending on the network, and managing settings, permissions, recordings, and notifications is not always intuitive. The desktop app can also feel heavy at times, especially when running alongside other work tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communicating and collaborating with people remotely without needing everyone in the same location. It makes meetings, client calls, team discussions, screen sharing, and follow-ups easier to manage. This benefits me by saving time, reducing travel or coordination issues, and keeping communication clear and organized.
All-in-One Collaboration App with Intuitive UI and Helpful AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is having everything—meetings, team chats, and shared docs—in one single app. Its integration with common work tools makes collaboration smoother, without constant app-switching. Performance is generally stable with good call quality, and the price feels reasonable for the value it delivers. Onboarding is quick, support is reliable, and the built-in AI features like meeting summaries actually make work easier. The interface is incredibly intuitive, so I never have to waste time troubleshooting for myself or others.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many new integrations and AI tools being added, the integration can occasionally feel a bit crowded. I'd love to see more customization options to hide features I don't use daily, just keep the performance and layout feeling a bit more minimal and focused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with fragmented notes and lost action items after meetings. Now the AI companion automatically summarizes our calls and populates Zoom Docs, which keeps the team aligned and boosts our productivity by eliminating manual follow-ups, all while maintaining smooth system performance.
Seamless International Collaboration with Intuitive Whiteboards
What do you like best about the product?
I like the whiteboards and also appreciate that I can upload documents for people to see. It allows the other parties to see what I'm talking about and they can read and be able to ask questions. The setup was very easy, taking only a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to share ideas globally, transferring information using whiteboards. It helps others understand what I'm discussing and lets them read and ask questions.
Easy, Simple Coordination with Co-Workers
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to coordinate with my co-workers, and we can use it in a really simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage of Zoom is that it depends heavily on a stable internet connection—if your connection is slow or unreliable, calls can lag, freeze, or even drop unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace benefits me by bringing meetings, chat, and other tools into one app. It saves time and makes my work easier, more organized, and simpler to manage overall.
Zoom Workplace: A Rock-Solid Collaboration Hub with Time-Saving AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has been a total game-changer by bringing meetings, team chat, and whiteboards into one single app. I really love the AI Companion features—the automated meeting summaries save me so much time on note-taking and follow-ups. The connection stays rock-solid even on shaky Wi-Fi, which is a huge relief when I'm handling back-to-back calls. It feels much more like a complete collaboration hub now rather than just a basic video calling tool. While the frequent updates can be a bit much to keep up with, the seamless flow between chat and video makes my daily workflow way more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe with Zoom Workplace is the constant 'update' pop-ups that always seem to hit right as I’m joining a meeting. The interface is also starting to feel a bit cluttered with all the new tabs, making it harder to find simple settings that used to be front and center. I still find that 'Zoom fatigue' hits hard after a few hours because the grid layout and constant self-view are just mentally draining. The mobile app also feels a bit behind, especially since you can't easily record or manage complex host controls from your phone. It’s a powerful tool, but I wish they’d focus more on streamlining the current experience rather than just adding more and more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has really solved the problem of 'toggling tax' by bringing all my tools—chat, meetings, and docs—into one screen. I’m no longer wasting time searching for meeting notes because the AI Companion summarizes everything and lists my next steps automatically. It’s also made our hybrid collaboration much smoother since we can share video clips and notes asynchronously without needing to jump on a call for every small update. For someone managing a lot of back-to-back interactions, the stability and integrated workflow are huge stress-relievers. It feels less like a tool I have to manage and more like a platform that’s actually managing my workday for me.

I appreciate its reliable video and audio communication. The breakout rooms increase productivity. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to use, and the initial setup was a breeze.

I love Zoom however you can add filters.
