Empowering Remote Education Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because the video streaming compression rate is excellent. It allows us to connect with students who do not have access to high-speed internet and still use the platform effectively. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom Workplace, we reach students who can't attend in-seat classes. Its excellent video streaming compression is vital since many students live in rural areas without high-speed internet.
Smooth Meeting Links, Virtual Agent Summaries, and a Helpful Digital Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very smooth when it comes to sharing meeting links, and I also like the new feature, the Virtual Agent. Whenever I join a meeting late, I ask the Virtual Agent to summarise what has happened so far so I can catch up quickly. I also find the digital whiteboard helpful because I can draw sketches and convert them into actual images, which makes it easier to share ideas during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I’m used to Zoom now, but when I first started using it as a beginner, the UI and overall interface felt very overwhelming. It has a lot going on, and the layout can feel cluttered, which sometimes makes it confusing to navigate. Compared to FaceTime or Google Meet, Zoom felt less straightforward at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace keeps a summarisation or transcription of the meeting, so we can easily create the minutes of the meeting. It’s also beneficial for me because I’m always overloaded with meetings, and it helps me keep a clear summary of what happened in each meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom Workplace is a lot more comfortable for initial meetings, especially when sharing our web-based platform. I really like the ease of navigating and the sharing features. The muting and different views are also great, and the chat's pretty easy. I like how it integrates with my Google Calendar, making access from the calendar pretty awesome. Overall, I think it's gotten so much better and it's real good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes taking it from my phone just doesn't log in very good. So I'm so annoyed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace lets me hold comfortable, unobtrusive initial meetings and easily share our web platform without worrying about parking.

Easy to Use, Friendly Controls, and a Clean, Attractive Layout
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, controls are freidly and easy to find. Layout is visually appealing and not overly done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a call feature such as teams so we could change entirly to Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with a lot of personas at once the pandemic made this a must being in a company where we have offices all around makes it simple and easy to meet with out losing productivity time
User-Friendly Zoom Integrations That Make Scheduling Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user-friendly meeting platform that integrates well with other tools, like Calendly and Fathom. I can easily forward Google Calendar meeting invites and include all the Zoom meeting details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get logged out of my Zoom Workplace account, and it tries to log me into my personal Zoom account, and I don't catch it until I schedule the meeting wrong.

Zoom provides a common, trusted and familiar platform for scheduling and hosting virtual meetings.

Smooth Integration, Lacks Email Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Zoom Workplace's very clean UI. I also love that it has integrations with apps like Slack. It feels seamless because we don't have to install multiple tools; Zoom can be used everywhere. Whenever we are using Slack, we can simply set up our meetings on Zoom just by clicking a button, and everything gets integrated into Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I would say is Zoom doesn't have an email service of its own, unlike Microsoft Teams. So if it had things like a chat service that works in cahoots with it, like an entire ecosystem of apps, it would have been even more useful.

I use Zoom Workplace to set up meetings, plan my calendar, and check room availability quickly, making scheduling seamless.

is solving the fragmentation problem in modern collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, phone, docs, whiteboards, and AI assistance into a single platform
Free, All-in-One Meetings with a Clean Interface and Handy AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface. Everything is together in one place, so I can start a meeting and share easily. The main thing is that it’s free. I also like the AI features to tune my face and use a background, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is only 40–45 minutes. Sometimes I face issues on mobile when changing the microphone setting to earbuds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s just fantastic. I like being able to do interviews and group talks, and to work together on many things.
