Love Zoom! Use it daily for my online training business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how reliable the connection is on zoom compared to others like google meet up. I am able to train my clients with ease and I can record easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio on zoom isn't great. I have confirmed that all the audio settings on my end are set properly however when I go to talk during a larger group meeting, often times people still can't hear me. Still could be user error but it happens frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to train my clients remotely, host business meetings, and also attend other trainings. Since covid Zoom has completely helped me expand my business.
Useful Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Nice screensharing feature. You can easily do presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloadable software is required for use. It would be nice to have a web-only feature for attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings are great for remotely connecting with peers. I also use it for educational programs, and as a secure way of meeting for "live" publishing (youtube/facebook)
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful to have any time we have a coworker who needs to be remote, we can still have our meetings and also was a life-saver in producing virtual events. All other software lags and is hard to understand others on video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing our team doesn't like about zoom, it is an excellent solution for working remote. Getting our account tax-free took longer than I would have liked, but other than that all positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our staff to have a flexible schedule and work remotely when needed. Especially since we have a team that is majority parents when kiddos are sick, meetings don't have to be delayed.
Overall Excellent Software - Needs Some UI Help
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and keep updated. The built-in chromakey works well if you have a green screen and lights. Bravo for breakout rooms, chat, gestures, and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
"End meeting" button in lower right corner forces you to look away from the camera at the most important time for eye contact. Put toolbar at top-center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves me driving time and makes it easy to schedule meetings automagically with Google Calendar.
An indispensible tool in the modern age
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been incredibly useful to me as a meditation teacher. It's allowed me to gather together groups of students for communal practice and discussion. This proved to be a life-saver during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Zoom is if you want to have multiple people running a given meeting (not all at the same time!). Their system does allow for this, but you have to do a lot of digging around in the settings to work out how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of drawing people together from varying parts of the world, allowing for collaboration and the development of community. It's a game-changer for someone like me.
Zoom Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed with which it starts up and the ease of inviting participants. I also like the fact that meetings are automatically recorded in the cloud; Zoom isn't too persnickety about going over the storage limit either.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the set-up for recurring meetings is very busy and not user-friendly (lack of clarity with respect to the functions it asks you to set up or not set up).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me include people who cannot otherwise come in person. Because meetings are recorded, I am able to share classes I teach with people long after the fact.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the reliability and the economy
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom makes changes and doesn't always tell us what was in the latest update. Ok, so maybe it is burried in release notes somewhere but it isn't easy to find. Also, I find that the learning emphasis is on added cost features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an organization that has board members all over the country. Zoom allows us to have monthly meetings without any travel, and without travel costs. That has really helped our organization. Locally, Zoom has helped us stay connected - sometimes weather will interrupt travel to a meeting and Zoom is there to provide the connection.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use, and almost everyone is able to smoothly sign on. I am teaching online and my student population is older and they find it easy to join our sessions. I also like that I am able to use my phone for audio. This gives me better audio quality and it also enables me to stay in contact with my meeting even if my internet goes down. This is a great feature. I also like being able to mirror my picture so it more familiar.
What do you dislike about the product?
don't really have any dislikes. Everything works well. On one of my accounts I cannot get it stop recording when a meeting is started. I have reset myu preferences many times but it still continues to record each and every meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is has eliminated much of the need for travel for meetings and for classes. This saves time and gas. Zoom was VERY VALUABLE during the pandemic as it allowed my businees and my volunteer work to continue with very little disruption. We continue to use Zoom for business meetings and for classes - it opens up many possiblities.

The only dislike is that some of the sharing options are confusing. But that is very minimal, I love Zoom!!

It has solved the client involvement issue that many people experienced during the pandemic
Great tool for personal and business use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is my go-to video conferencing tool. It's easy to use and has the best capabilities of all the platforms. I really like the breakout rooms and the different emoji reactions you can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to see if someone else was pinning you, especially in a big group. I find the login experience to be kind of clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me the ability to connect with family members in different states, and also lead groups that have smaller and bigger group exercises. It helps me connect in a way the phone doesn't.
