Zoom for education
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really allows me to connect with my students as if we're in the same room! The various features Zoom offers such as chat, whiteboard, and video filters allow for fun, engaging sessions that feel personal and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found is some users have a hard time pulling up their "tools" to annotate on the whiteboard. If there were a button for this on the bottom toolbar, that would make things easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom continues to update the app and resolve any bugs that arise! I'm constantly amazed by how often the app is updated, but my Zoom sessions are always smooth and without issue, so the updates are doing what they're supposed to do.
Most Valuable Tool for My Coaching Business
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom for my coaching business. As a trauma recovery coach, it's extremely important for me to be able to see my clients and guage their reactions not just from what they say, but also their expressions, posture, body language, etc. Zoom gives me that ability through a reliable platform that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to have a waiting room or a passcode to get in to sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to do my video calls, as well as webinars, podcast interviews, and other face-to-face connections in my business. I love that I'm able to have face-to-face conversations with people all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is to start a meeting in zoom and get everyone on the same page. It has been a great tool to work remotely and get every to login smoothly.
I would use Zoom over other options any day. Love that it connect to other platforms like Google.

There aren't many things currently I do not like. I wish the app version of zoom had a more detailed interface.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the fact that majority of my colleagues are in a different time zone and space than I am. We are working together like we are sharing an office.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I love how quick it is to set up meetings.. everything about it is great. Screen sharing is a plus, it's the reason why I got it. I don't know much about the competition.

I have no issues with any of the service. Nothing that I don't dislike about Zoom. I can't really think of anything that can make it better than it already is..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I've been working from home for the past 2 years it's kept me connected with all my clients. I am productive with this program. Performance has increased.
Easy, Fun, and Legendary
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible zoom is and it is easy to navigate. It seems that everyone is able to access it and understand it, especially those who are not tech savvy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitations regarding anonymity. Some people are not fond of making accounts, especially to networks that have video and mic access so that would be my only "hangup"

Zoom seems to be client focused and promptly responds to issues that come up. They seem to be constantly improving and willing to adapt to address concerns, as well as staying innovative.
The best video calling service!
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past two years of moving to remote work, the best video calling platform has been Zoom by far. I'm at an audio company and the experience of sharing audio during presentations and meetings has been the best in terms of quality and clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a bit of confusion about hosting meetings simultaneously - does the account holder need to always start the meeting and transfer ownership, if it will boot attendees when the host leaves, etc. Just not a lot of clarity on the best practices for smoothest flow in these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current role we've had issues particularly with sharing high-quality audio has been a challenge across other platforms. Zoom definitely is a leader on that front.
The Most Helpful Virtual Experience Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite zoom feature(s) breakout rooms and using emoji's; especially the AFK emoji.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've had with zoom is the whiteboard. When this feature is disabled during meetings, somehow users still find a way to use it. Other than that, I love zoom!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use a virtual program to have meetings anywhere in the world, is saving countless trips to the office. And im glad for this because I can save on gas. Who wouldn't be happy about that?
Zoom is a fast, easy, and excellent experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The A/V is solid. Great options for backgrounds. Easy to use and setup meetings. Great layout. Highly Functioning. Great capability with OSX. Easy to record. Video and audio sound great in editing programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of being able to keep the same meeting available in the app that is easily accessible. Lack of actual email or share button directly from the app in order to share with others. Would like the ability to add graphics and editing while live in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the ease to have meetings with numerous people around the world. This benefits in the many meetings I have scheduled throughout the day. And they are solving the adding graphics and editing software live so that I may conduct great interviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use! Easy to set up. During Covid I had no way to communicate with my clients, as our offices were shut down. Using Zoom I was able to communicate on a daily, weekly or monthly time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no issues with using Zoom. My elderly clients had a hard time trying to understand how to use the program. But we managed to get through it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to continue doing online meetings with my clients and they are thrilled to be able to contact me during my work hours as they have a number and password to access my office whenever they need me.
Zoom Works Well
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a convenient and gold standard video conferencing tool. Zoom is easy to use, get the hang of, and then become an advanced user. It works much smoother than uberConferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom participants calling into a webinar meeting are sometimes not prompted and not aware of how to indicate that they want to speak. Better prompts for phone users would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see what is on someone's screen when helping them through a problem is my favorite feature. The ease at which a meeting can be created and shared is second.
