What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up meetings, good functionality for sharing information and presentations, and good technology in the application. Easy to invite attendees and put on your calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes - could be easier to set a new background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped tremendously during the pandemic when we could not meet in person. Zoom allowed in person meeting to continue. If the pandemic had happened in the 70's we would only have had old fashioned phones!

How easy and simple it is to use everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints at all! I like it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with my clients across the world. When covid hit I was able to still connect every day. It has actually increased productivity and performence!
Zoom has so many features and is very user friendly that I would recommend it to anyone.
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the flexibility to be able to have a meeting via video conference but have the effectiveness of an in person meeting. So many screen sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is having to do certain things before the meeting like a poll. I wish if I felt inclined to throw up a random poll I could do it live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of clients that live out of town so being able to meet face to face via a video conference over a phone call has helped us connect deeper with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As a mental health professional, I could not see patients in person during COVID. Zoom also allowed me to expand my catchment area to see patients from far away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology (breakout rooms, whiteboard) were not easy to master. Also, in a breakout room chat doesn't work to contact people in different breakouts or in the main session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuing to be able to provide care to my patients. I would have had to retire otherwise. Joining meetings has become easier for patients although some have terrible wifi and connections can break down.
Always up, easy to use and offers many options
What do you like best about the product?
With paid plan your meetings can be as long as you need. Whiteboard and screen sharing as well as breakout rooms enabling brainstorming and small group interaction
What do you dislike about the product?
Invitation link is too long. Would be nice if Zoom used an integrated link shortener
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can meet with any of my team members world wide. Can also conduct seminars remotely saving on travel. Was great during Covid lockdowns to keep going with business while still being safe.
Great platform to reach the masses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can upgrade at any time. the support is great and i like the fact it renews. There are a lot of things that really are excellent about zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Zoom. I use it for business and other personal meetings. I really cannot think of much that i do not like about zoom. great software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom in to solve many problems. Me being in multiple places at once for one. I can reach an unlimited number of contacts at once as well.There is much more but this is all i have right now.

I really like the flexibility and usability

Sometimes, I have had people who cannot get in rooms without accounts. I think this is a new feature and is not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to hold meeting at strange hours for people who are not geographically close to one another. Saves gas and time
Connection is key
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful in connecting multitudes of people all around the world to collaborate on workshops and trainings. Being able to communicate on one platform seeing each other and sharing links if needed is a fantastic opportunity for organizations in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a set back for zoom is that in order to shift a participant's capability to be host or co host, they have to be moved back into the main room. This is a function that creates breakdowns when utilizing this platform for workshops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The unmuting function to ask all participants before they enter has allowed us the greatest way to create facilitation in our workshops. The side by side screen share with spotlighting participants is also really great to be able to recognize participants within each zoom.
Zoom Revolutionized My Work
What do you like best about the product?
As a vocal professional, having a platform without a time lag was paramount to my ability to serve my clients. Over the past few years of using this platform, the technology has become more and more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
In truth, I cannot think of anything negative to contribute. This is a wonderful platform for high-quality video interaction. In terms of possible improvements, I would like to see more seamless upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low latency and great sound quality for my diagnostic ability. My clients are happy with the recording feature and I'm able to be extremely productive. My ability to serve my clients during the Pandemic has been stellar due to Zoom!
Zoom is the "Kleenex" of Video Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, and most all of our constituents already use it as well. I love the "sharing" and "Reactions" features as well. And though I haven't used it a lot, the Breakout feature is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
When my laptop has suffered from "low system resources", Zoom will generally lock up, unless I turn off my video to save resources. Another platform I've used will automatically turn off my camera to ensure the audio stays good. This could be either good or bad, depending on your outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom does more to give me opportunities than to solve problems. Different ways to look at the same thing. I can reach way-more people through Zoom than if I tried to host in-person meetings all the time
