Zoom Makes it Easy To Connect
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Zoom for my travel business. I like to connect 1 to 1 with my clients for 30-40 minutes "in person" from where ever we are. I love how it connects with my Calendly app sending them an immediate link making it super easy for me so there is NO confusion on when and where to login!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually have very little issues. Occasionally if the wi-fi is slow or the connection is not working, we have to switch to Facetime or phone. I sometimes do not like that it is too easy to record to the computer and not my cloud and my cloud runs out of space so quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate they seem to always be ahead of any issues that their clients may be encountering. I have never had anything major happen and use it for three different businesses often.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is user friendly! Unlike Google meets, you can share your screen without having to open another tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there isn't an auto light enhancement when the zoomer is in a darker room
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting people from afar. I'm able to have meetings with my out of town board members.
Connecting and ZOOMing with friends, family and congregations.
What do you like best about the product?
For the church account, we continue to use the recording of services to post portions to the web for those who are unable to attend at the right time.
For my account, I like that we can share visually different areas of the country that we are living in. We continue to gather every Sunday evening to keep in touch with those we weren't able to visit.

I haven't found anything in Zoom that I don't like.

We are looking at the white board now for our business meetings
Amazing platform for video conferencing.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed using zoom, for over 2 years every week. I was happy to be able to share my screen and allow others to control my screen for presentation. also i enjoyed being able to play videos and other things on the screen with other.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I found was a downside was the fee. I think its a bit high but that did not stop me from purchasing it. one other thing is that you need to buy a higher package for meetings that are 100 people or more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom helped me with being able to conduct meeting virtually from any place in the world. this has helped me a lot when it comes to meeting with employees around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is so easy to use. Both children and adults with very little technical experience find it easy to join the meeting room and engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a tutorial or pop-ups to instruct new users on how to use features such as chat and annotation may be helpful. Since the interface's appearance differs from device to device, it can be a challenge trying to walk a new user through these features. I would love an in-app way to send meeting recordings to participants immediately following a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom removes the need to travel for a class or meeting. This allows us to meet with both clients and partners regardless of the distance between us. It also allows us to be more spontaneous. When an opportunity arises, we can gather quickly via Zoom.
Game-changer for meeting with my clients virtually!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is integrated with my client portal (Practice Better) and Google. This makes it convenient to schedule calls and keep track of everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any downsides to Zoom at this point. I did have to upgrade to the longer time duration capability, but it's well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to host all of my calls in one consistent platform. Before I was hosting them via FaceTime, Practice Better video chat, and it got confusing at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is intuitive and easy to use compared to WebX and MS Teams. Easy to adjust settings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with sound /microphone when connecting to my monitor at work. I wish the sound wasn't independent and could be managed by my keyboard controls

great for my team of designers because we are able to share screens and collaborate live. Especially helpful with a hybrid schedule! Much easier to share on zoom than MS Teams or WebX.

Sharing screens, remotely controlling others' computers, and connecting with team members and clients virtually face-to-face.
What do you dislike about the product?
My computer gets bogged down and everything starts to slow down. I probably just need to upgrade my computer again. My 2015 Macbook Pro is getting old. Wifi shouldn't be the issue (Google Nest Wifi).

Seeing what is on other people's screens or letting them see what is on mine from miles away.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a friendly application that has become an integral part of our remote work and the work environment. In a virtual and remote world, apps like zoom allow us to communicate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike. I am actually excited to see what additional features zoom will implement. Will it mimic or integrate with other platforms the way TEAMS does?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. We are able to easily meet with people without the hassle of traveling, which saves our time and allows us to maximize the time we spend working on tasks.
Great for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super easy to use and easy to customize when needed. I am able to create zoom meetings where the attendees can attend and access the room before I hop on. At times I am running late so it's nice to know they can start the meeting without me. I could also schedule meetings where I have to allow the attendees to get on. This helps me control who is in my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I cannot make someone else host prior to me joining. At times i am stuck in a meeting and have to hop on really quick to make someone else the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My counterparts are on different sides of the country. Zoom allows us to be in different locations but in the same chat room to be able to meet and discuss what is needed.
