Zoom Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and deployment. Setup is a breeze. We use Zoom Phones to. Updates are seamless, Lots of features that are constantly being added or upgraded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is still responsive and fine but it was better pre-covid era.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for Meetings, Classrooms, VOIP, and instant chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and easy to use. I like that I can attach the meetings to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be easier if I can set the zoom in my calendar without the waiting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate with staff easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have all of our needs connected in one place has been a game changer for our organization. Team meeting chats and being able to save those has made follow ups so much more efficient after our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech feedback is a little slow, and since it is a newer product there are bugs or questions we need answered. But this does not take away from the positives of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to use less platforms to accomplish our business.
Switched from Cisco Communication Platform, Never Looked Back
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates phone, meetings, chat and calendar integration in one place. End users find it easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to manage updates to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced a full Cisco communications platform and made things easier to use and manage.

I don't see anything to dislike about Zoom Workplace.

It allows our team to stay connected wherever we are, whether remote or in the office together.
Zoom is great!
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Zoom. We use it for our meetings and for our phone system. It's very nice to be able to customize each user when they are using zoom phones. Setting vacation, hours and multiple voicemails is super easy and very nice. All of our users love using it and it was so easy to port the numbers over and get everything set up. Customer service is very helpful and with a dedicated rep it's nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phones cut out. We have had people answer the phone and no one is there. Not sure if the call just drops or if the person can hear us or not. We can't hear anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to be able to have meetings on the fly and connecting everyone in one place since we have a lot of remote workers.
A great platform to move from multiple solutions to one.

I like that my team can be connected in one platform for communcation and ease of use.

I would like some more native intigrations that come out of the box.

We had to use multiple platforms before and can now open one software to do most of the jobs needed.
Quick, Easy, and Convenient Meeting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a relatively easy application to setup and deploy across our organization. We use Zoom multiple times throughout the week and it is super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of a downside to note with Zoom. It is easy enough to walk the technologically challenged through, and can be taught to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting as a team in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The new layout and color coding is a welcome update. I am a huge fan of the tabs, and the ease of finding things in the new layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think navigating through controls and hand raises is a bit hard.

It works very well for what we need as a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the chat feature the best, and it's very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's not a way to "pretend" you're not connected yet if not everyone is in the meeting and you've been let in.

We all work remotely and it helps us to keep connected and not have to be in an office.
