What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how smooth and reliable it feels during meetings. The video and audio quality are consistently good, even with multiple participants.

For those new to Zoom Workplace, the platform can feel overwhelming, as it combines a wide range of features—many of which are seldom used—resulting in an interface that appears unnecessarily complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
oom Workplace helps reduce the hassle of juggling too many different apps for meetings, chats, and file sharing. Having everything—video calls, chat, whiteboard, and follow-up notes—under one platform keeps my work more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The options it has for making the meetings something easy and appropriated. The features ir has are great, and adding the IA transcript is a good tool to have a summary of our meetings.

Everything is good for me now. The interface and how easy is to use it

Zoom helps us to have meetings with people from other cities or countries, instead of having a meeting with in house workers only.

The cloud recording of a meeting. It is very easy to share the recording with participants.

I don't have any specific dislikes. Overall, it's a very useful tool.

The platform is easy to use, as users simply need to click a link to join. It also offers helpful tools such as a whiteboard, which is particularly valuable in a classroom setting. Additionally, the AI Companion feature can be used to generate meeting summaries.

It is solving the problem of communication in the workplace. Communication is one our number one priority and it is being resolved quite effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that i like about zoom workspace but i would like to start with the easiness of connectivity it offers. A single link that allows multiple users to join the discussion. Integrating the zoom application is the easiest thing. Customer support has been very helpful in case there are any queries. Implementing it is very easy as you have to just login with your email id you can sign in as a guest as well.

The zoom workplace can be a little more user friendly. Although it has multiple features but a screen recorder would make it a bigger success

Best thing according to me which is solved by using this is you get a platform where you get all in one kind of thing. So because of this specification it helps in becoming more productive in whatever field you're using it for.

I lack of captions, also in mobile version sometimes it is hard to find some features

I provide a lot of meetings using it, having the AI assitant helps me for Meeting Notes preparation. Also with record it is much easier to prepare some training materials.
