Zoom is a modern day must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, secure, multiple functions and can easily work with all systems mobile, desktop, with links for both organizers and meeting attendees. It's also decently priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - sometimes there could be some glitches or if you set up a mtg and accidentally start it some times it is troublesome to restart it but it's not that big of a deal. Overall extremely useful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having disparate parties use one system to connect and securely record information. It's also allowing course creators and community leaders to build a following and connect w their audience.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes online meetings easy. You can share a whiteboard when brainstorming, share your phone too for examples on mobile devices. And it's super easy for everyone to use, even if they would say they are not tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found is the security passcode. Some of my clients don't realize where to find it in the invite and get suck when logging in for the frist time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients all over the world being able to see the person you are working with helps build trust and rapport. Zoom allows me to do that easily and at a reasonable cost.
Great for communicating with anyone
What do you like best about the product?
A great way to communicate with anyone by computer or mobile. During the pandemic was able to communicate with everyone. Can be used for meetings and corporate events.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not communicate with more than one person at a time. Has a time limit of 40 mins at a time or will need to log into it again or pay for an account to get rid of the time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're assigned the leader will be the only person to let people into the chat room and has control of taking people off the chat room. System needs a better way of to control backgrounds.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, intuitive, allows people to meet easily and quickly and have effective video conferences. Document sharing and screen sharing are also very helpful. I also like the security features that allow you to prevent unwanted persons from joining the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tier. There needs to be an affordable option that at least allows for a 1 hour meeting time. Many people use Zoom to facilitate volunteer work and therefore do not want to spend a lot of their personal money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was very instrumental in helping the civic organizations that I belong to continue impactful community work because of the virtual meeting platform. The platform design was easy enough for some of the most senior members to participate. Specifically, my Links, Incorporated chapter was able to continue our STEM program and meet monthly with students locally in Richmond, VA as well as in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way zoom is handling the scen
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the way zoom is handling the scenario when there are multiple apps running in the machine while you are on a zoom call. In my case the audio of the participants are not clear then zoom displayed a notification that you can improve audio performance by closing few application running in the machine. Then audio is clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some times I have to share my mobile screen on zoom and I need to stay with the desktop app as well. In this case when I'm the host Im joining the same room with my mobile with out caliming the host from desktop. It solved my problem.
Configure your remote easily
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to host the meeting and easy to access the remote device. This Zoom is very useful for generating the meeting link and easy to host the meeting. It contains a very clear image and audio quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to download an app, zoombombing, HD video isn't the standard, and there are too many subscriptions and add-ons. With Zoom, you can subscribe to a service that is reasonably priced for beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to communicate with our client and it contains better audio quality and much more users can join using the same meeting link. Easy access to our client system and provide a better solution to them very soon. This is very very beneficial for us.
Zoom is great for business
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to record my meetings, have many people join, integrate Zoom with Fathom, and have virtual backgrounds

What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with zoom having cloud storage for videos but then that gets filed rather quickly. I can download them all, but it would be nice if exporting like this was a little more streamlined

Zoom- outstanding app
What do you like best about the product?
Its voice quality and image show are awesome. It is very easy to use. The installation process is smooth. the best feature is zoom can be installed in mobile devices and laptops/ pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can take up to 100 people i any zoom meeting, which I dislike. zoom app sometimes crash unexpectedly. the web version of zoom behaves very awkward sometimes, it does not let you to sign in. error message showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is very helpful while you working remotely. I love that I can connect with my colleague very easily just by creating a meeting link. Since it is installed in mobile and laptop, if any power failure occurs I can connect via any of the devices.
Perfect Application for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't even require a login. Anyone can attend the video call through this application. If people joining the call are limited then it is completely free. It has helped a lot of institutions during covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is nothing that I dislike about zoom. The only thing is the pricing part. They should increase the limit from 100 to 200 so that educational institutes can easily conduct the classes for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving a lot of problems. Zoom was the savior application at the time of the covid crisis. It was so reliable that everyone was using zoom only to conduct meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and that I'm able to clearly hear and see the people on the other end of the site. The screen sharing is awesome, so I can show people exactly what I'm talking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, the only hurdle is there is a slight learning curve when you first start using it, especially if you are the adminstor, and that is more tied to setting up meetings with clients and sending them the invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is greatly improving my ability to connect with people from other states that are considering buying in MN, it also helps with team meetings and being able to share data with screen sharing.
