Software for all video Conferancing and webinar
What do you like best about the product?
This is very useful app at the time of covid-19 very helpful for team virtual meeting and customer meeting online. Good and easy to use.even mobile app is also .user friendly and they provide 45 min free meetings but i was using licance virsion as my uses was more but this product cost is also very reasonable
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have seen screen sharing is not working properly apart from this anything much all is good maybe sometime due to bandwidth issues we face some problem otherwise overall performance is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting customers virtually and team meeting at the time of covid-19. It was very helpful as no F2F meeting was possible at Covid-19 and this app helps lot at the same time to connect with customers and team members..

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use with a reliable cloud platform. To participate in or even host a Zoom meeting, you don't need to install any additional software. Everything can be done using a web browser. It is free of cost and offers remote conferencing services which might be useful for taking classes, making video calls, and organising online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited participation limits the usage of the Zoom app is exceeding more than 300 participants. Also, the new introduction of charging after 40 minutes of video calling is something which is very disturbing. As normally classes last for 50-60 minutes, therefore we need to end the class if we do not want to pay the fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During travelling and specifically during the pandemic where offline classes could not take place, Zoom helped me in taking regular classes without disturbing the ease and health of the students. Because of its easy and convenient use for all the users, it enabled me in taking exams also. Now we use the zoom app to conduct assignments and meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of zoom is that it allows user to connect for their meetings in a easiest way. Also the software contains many features such as screen sharing which helps users to present their ideas effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good as of now. But improvements can be made such as noice cancellation can be done more effectively and also video clarity can be enhanced otherwise currently zoom is at its best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect my peers whenever i want. i don't have to meet them personally. All interviews,meetings are scheduled online through zoom which also helps me to save my time.
Easiest way to connect with External User of our organization
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom application easy to use and by providing the meeting ID we can connect directly with the external users or Clients of our organization. Mostly interviews sessions are conducted by this application and no as such configuration required to setup any call. Unlimited participants can join a single call without any pop sound.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to join a vide call by meeting ID sometime some glitch was there.But once connect it goes smooth. Whenever it requires update need to check manually no automatic updates has been shown up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to confidentiality we can't everyone on teams or WebEx when the case is of Interviews. So, in our organization almost mostly Interviews session or sometime training calls from external trainer is conducted these calls by Zoom,can easy to add N number of users without any boundation and share the screen with others as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy for me to talk to potential investors when they are doing their due diligence when interested in investing in me. They require to see I am a real person so this makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike so far. Its easy to use. It may be easier to use if there were suggestions one screen on how to test audio and video and what to watch out for as potential problems.

Zoom is solving the need to be in person for interviews and meetings saving me from having to fly to other countries to close deals which is saving me a lot of money too.

It is stable in terms of wifi connection and the whiteboard have a very smooth experience. The screen sharing and being able to control the screen are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background image could be improved I believe. Also, it should allow using mic and speaker from the different gadgets which I believe it doesn't. Either headphones or systems

Video conferencing for business clients and the Work from Home setup to be able to talk to colleagues without interruption. Also, providing great features to compensate for the offline presence.

What I like about zoom is that anyone can use this software. For the free version, there is 40 minutes limit that's good actually because some people can't afford that paid membership so they can use the free version.
The UI is very simple to understand and any new person can learn in one day by watching some online tutorials. The best thing about zoom is it can easily be accessed on all devices like android, IOS, Windows, Mac, etc...
The audio and video testing thing is very helpful because if someone is using some new mic or camera, they can check the quality of that camera and mic before the meeting starts.
And it is very comfortable to record meetings in a zoom call so that we don't need to remember everything after the call.
That's why I like to use zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about zoom is it sometimes behaves weirdly. What I mean by that is sometimes the video is not visible sometimes the audio is not audible in between the meeting and that is a very bad impression in front of clients so please make sure you fix that bug.
And also sometimes while in group meeting people are not able to comment in the meeting and they have to leave the meeting and again join then that problem get fixed so please fix that issue as well.

Zoom is very helpful in remote work, especially for freelancers like me.
I can connect with my team very easily by just creating an easy meeting link in a meeting. And also it helped me to connect with international clients. That is very helpful.

Zoom is the most convenient and easy-to-use software for connecting with colleagues, clients, and peers. It makes the overall communication very simple. The product is a must have in your daily life

1. Virtual calls are a new norm these days and zoom makes it too easy to make the calls.

Best app for connecting remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. Even not a very technical person can easily use the app easily. I find recording and also whiteboard features very useful during meeting

One thing I don't like about Zoom is that the app needs to be installed if anyone is accessing from mobile. This becomes difficult when someone does not want to install a app

Best Video Conferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and simple to use, and very useful for video conferencing where it involves screen sharing, and files/documents sharing. Supports both browser and mobile versions making it easy for the end user. Works well even with low internet connectivity providing a seamless meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic/free version only allows up to 40 mins of meeting duration, and if you want to continue, one has to rejoin the meeting again which is not a good way to conduct long meetings. Option to edit/delete sent messages could help if it was sent by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using zoom to communicate with our onsite team to go over project activities and zoom is helping us conduct them professionally and efficiently. Breakout room options help conduct various events which involve forming teams and help in team-building activities.
