Very good audio/video, and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Good video and audio. Also easy for people to join the meetings. I like that we can embed password for those we trust
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we had difficulty signing on. Also I wish there was a better tiered pricing for businesses. We (our church) is using the lowest tier and the next tier was too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote meetings. Initially during the pandemic, we also used ZOOM to livestream the worship service

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and very universal
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to use and does everything that I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it's very easy to use. It is not really complicated and even the least techy person can easily use it. It really doesn't bring people together.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for setting up meetings in COVID 19 world. It's easy to integrate with prexisting calendar systems. We use it with outlook and it's fantastic. We also are a fan of all the settings like allowing folks to join whenever or breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes changing a meeting can be cumbersome. It feels almost easier to cancel a meeting If certain settings are not what you wanted rather than just change the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just this week in 2022 we had 3 meetings scheduled for In person meetings with unrelated parties that all had caught an illness but wanted to meet still. This allows for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I can be anywhere in the world and take my business with me. Zoom is my office, is where I meet my clients, where I teach, and where I create an impact in the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Everything runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to see my clients, and record our conversations and helps me to run my training and my podcast recording in one place without needing a studio.

Great Business Tool + Recordings for Training

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated scheduling with GMail, custom backgrounds, filters and recording for training and review purposes. I like that recording is announced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backgrounds and the recording feature for post meeting review, training and sharing. I like that joining into a meeting is easy and secure. Recording being announced is a bonus as a participant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face to face meetings without the commute. Zoom solved brainstorming during the pandemic because our team could "meet together" and record our sessions to go back on and have the feeling of seeing eachother and our reactions.

Zoom Saves Travel Time

What do you like best about the product?
When you live in a remote location, saving travel time to attend meetings makes a huge difference in work production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom was free for schools during the pandemic and is no longer. Given the ongoing issues with Covid 19, I wish there were at least a reduced cost to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings can take place immediately even when participants aren't near each other.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to facilitate a remote hybrid environment. We look professional with customized backgrounds, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard for me on a small MacBook while we are sharing screen to see the participants, It's just really small to have the gallery view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can meet with partners, team members any time/anywhere! our attendance for meetings for boards and committees are actually better, because people don't have to leave their office or home.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use. I also like how calls don't usually drop and I rarely have issues with it compared to other platforms. Backgrounds also work better on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Has been really easy to use. It appears that Zoom is also easiest to use for people who aren't "tech-savy". Out of all the platforms I have used, I preferm Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making meeting simple and effective. We do both administrative meetings and Telehealth. Zoom fits the needs of both and has been super helpful and reliable. Our patients love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom prior to the pandemic and was grateful to have a long 1:1 tryout session with a Zoom rep so that I could get the user experience and be shown all of the features available at the time. While Zoom has grown incredibly since then and I have upgraded my plan, I appreciate the responsive customer support, reliable service, and simply the ability to meet live virtually with my clients. I also rely heavily on the whiteboard feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
From a technical standpoint, Zoom has almost never failed me. It's not great for watch parties thanks to new restrictions on streaming services. It could be more engaging/aesthetic, but I'll take reliability over aesthetics any day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as I can tell, Zoom has regular updates to its services and has introduced features I might use in the future, like the webinar. It also made it possible for me to move four states away and keep my online business unchanged!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of booking new meetings, especially from the browser extension
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating some settings, and maybe explaining how to share a screen to some new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps with the new world of WFH- and is pretty easy for new users to adopt, even if they don't understand technology that well.
