Great tool for working remotely and virtually

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very useful and intuitive to set up and run meetings virtually. The stability has been great and we're very happy running our meetings on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that we don't like regarding this platform. I think that it would be nice to have some more meeting tools incorporated that allows us to draw on the screen when presenting or control additional sharing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us run meetings that feel in person when we're not able to meet in the same room. The video chat and share screen features are extremely helpful for us to run meetings remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We've used many different meeting platforms (including gotomeeting , microsoft teams, and Google Meetings) this is the easiest, and also the most widely used (it seems)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I switch between email accounts (and I have a paid subscription to zoom) but it makes it awkward on my calendars.. Thats really about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face to face meetings with customers and coworkers. It was a initially a solution for remote office meetings, and now we are having them weekly.

Where would we all be without ZOOM?

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about ZOOM is that it is easy to use, has many great features and it enables to me have conversations and meetings with clients and connections around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to share my screen to use a PowerPoint deck of slides, have the script showing only to me, and at the same time, see what is going on in the chat. And that is with using 2 monitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me access to a report so I can see who attended a workshop is worth gold.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed our team of remote workers to connect. We began using zoom in 2019 (pre-Covid) as a way for us to have "team meetings" while we were all working from separate locations. In 2020, we were able to expand our use of zoom to meet with clients We also helped them conduct their business meetings when they could not meet in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inviting attendees is a little cumbersome with having to either add to my calendar before inviting others to the meeting or copying the invitation and sending a separate email. Being able to invite attendees directly from within the scheduled zoom meeting would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to keep working with our clients during the pandemic. But it has also allowed us to continue having remote meetings and thus reducing travel expenses for our company.

Easy to Use and Affordable

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and integrates with our existing platforms. I love the Google Workspace integration for quickly scheduling meetings and adding zoom links from within Google Workspace. The system is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike. I have random issues now and then where my microphone or speakers will suddenly stop working with the platform. A quick reboot and all is resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work 100% remotely. Zoom gives me a reliable platform to conduct meetings with my clients who are nationwide. I like the ease of scheduling and love the recording capabilities to enable me to record creative sessions for review by additional staff members in the event of a schedule conflict.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy Scheduling
2 Lots of great tools such as annotation, share your screen, break out rooms and white board.
3. Compatible with lots of programs such as web browsers, powerpoint, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. At times, there are issues with sharing accounts with others. Such as blocking sign in and having to verify computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have faculty and adult learners all over the U.S. and internationally. It makes scheduling meetings, check-ins and classes very easy. I love all of the tools to make an online experience just as effective as in-person!

Elegant, trustworthy solution

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the best video conference platform I've used (and I've used all of them!). It's the perfect combination of quality (audio/video) and simplicity (easy to navigate) -- but still with plenty of features needed to get work done (whiteboard, reactions, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's confusing that some changes can be made in the app and some need to be made within the web interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a hybrid team, we literally could not get work done without Zoom. Our entire team uses Zoom daily to connect with each other and a variety of partners, both locally and nationally. Zoom helps us get work done collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization can meet with some members in person and some remote. This allows for better connection and some face to face time in the midst of a challenging season.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of people in the meeting, you cannot always see everyone clearly. Some people still have technical issues and "glitch" during meeting with is distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our leadership and board of directors to meet consistently regardless of the quarantine status of our team. This has kept our organization moving forward when it could have become very difficult due to lacking in person communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to schedule, share and participate in Zoom meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Zoom is the bandwidth it takes, sometimes it slow down other things you're trying to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping me in touch with my business partners! Without it, we wouldn't have face-to-face time as much as we do.

What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and works well for internal and external meetings. The virtual background technology is improving and helps make remote work more professional for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would update in the middle of the night on its own. It's frustrating when an update hits right before a meeting. It would also be nice if the recording management offered some easier editing tools for our sales team to send snippets of a meeting to clients instead of the whole thing. Some corporate clients of ours aren't able to access Zoom due to internal IT restrictions so we have to use Microsoft Teams with them. I wish Zoom would work on satisfying enterprise security concerns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes working remote easy. Zoom also works great externally with our clients, many of whom are using Zoom for the first time. This makes the experience frictionless
