Excellent service for a non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Improvements in features keep coming, tech support is always good, non-profit pricing, ability to customize and lock-down camera square placements,
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple accounts are expensive, double-factor authentication is onerous for multiple users on a single account, can't speak into breakout rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid precautions alternative, digital recordings of conferences, the ability to broadcast music in stereo (simultaneous with speaking)
Best Platform for Internal & External Communication among Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom for internal chat and messaging among our team all day every day. We also use it for meetings with clients. I love the versatility of an all-in-one platform that's so widely adopted in the business community!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom is the limits on features for hosting virtual trainings without paying a hefty licensing fee per event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works remotely, in four different cities, so Zoom helps us stay connected and get more accomplished without having to pick up the phone or use personal text messaging to ask quick questions. It makes us feel more connected, just like if we were an in-person team.

I can record easily and share my meetings with the people I work with. I can conduct group business if necessary.

The sound quality should be more updated and higher quality. Either for performing a song or even just general speaking.

I can connect with people all over the world for my work if necessary.
Great Way To Communicate
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to log in. Ease to invite others to the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have shared a screen and then move to something else to show the screen, you don't get a notification that you are not sharing what you moved on to.
Also, when I schedule a meeting and want to copy just the link to the meeting to add it to my own calendar, it takes a few extra steps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings with clients. Easy to show info and work around my and my client's schedules. I feel more productive because I don't have to spend time driving to and from meetings.
Easiest, Most User-Friendly Video App
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the easiest video-based platform to use, and as a user since 2016 I've tried most of the others (e.g., Skype, Teams, Google Meet, etc.). The access is quick for novices and experts alike and the ability to control the level of engagement keeps users engaged in a way that is most comfortable for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all software, making sure the version is the latest and greatest solves most trouble-shooting issues. Occasionally I'll have issues with the default audio options when using an external mic, but those are small annoyances compared to the user-friendliness of the platform overall.

Zoom enables our team to quickly and effectively create learning communities among our customers, even when spanning geographies.
Zoom is the best video conferencing tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple for those who want simplicity, but the advanced settings allow me to add all kinds of things to my meetings. As an admin, I also have a lot of control over others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it's hard to diagnose what's going on when there are issues. Is it my internet that's slow? Is it the other person's? If I could see more information about what MIGHT be going wrong, that'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to do both external meetings with potential customers and internal meetings with employees. It is a fairly seamless and universally accepted tool in the workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Reliability. It is geared for broad spectrum of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Green screen effect is poor, which is very distracting.

Zoom seems to respond quickly to feedback in order to maintain leadership in the area of online meeting space. I use it for both business and social reasons.
Zoom is a modern day must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, secure, multiple functions and can easily work with all systems mobile, desktop, with links for both organizers and meeting attendees. It's also decently priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - sometimes there could be some glitches or if you set up a mtg and accidentally start it some times it is troublesome to restart it but it's not that big of a deal. Overall extremely useful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having disparate parties use one system to connect and securely record information. It's also allowing course creators and community leaders to build a following and connect w their audience.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes online meetings easy. You can share a whiteboard when brainstorming, share your phone too for examples on mobile devices. And it's super easy for everyone to use, even if they would say they are not tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found is the security passcode. Some of my clients don't realize where to find it in the invite and get suck when logging in for the frist time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients all over the world being able to see the person you are working with helps build trust and rapport. Zoom allows me to do that easily and at a reasonable cost.
Great for communicating with anyone
What do you like best about the product?
A great way to communicate with anyone by computer or mobile. During the pandemic was able to communicate with everyone. Can be used for meetings and corporate events.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not communicate with more than one person at a time. Has a time limit of 40 mins at a time or will need to log into it again or pay for an account to get rid of the time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're assigned the leader will be the only person to let people into the chat room and has control of taking people off the chat room. System needs a better way of to control backgrounds.
