Efficient, reliable, and robust!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is how seamless its usage is. It takes no more than a few seconds to start a meeting or join one hosted by someone else. If there's no urgency for the meeting to run immediately, Zoom gives you the option to plan and schedule your meeting. You can invite people using the URL that Zoom presents you with or click on the Add Participants option to easily add anyone you have to your Zoom contacts list. If the participant accepts the invitation to the meeting, they'll automatically be added to the meeting room, where you can partake in discussions with them. The meeting room facilitates many features such as file transfer, screen-sharing, recording audio and video messages, sharing images, group work, whiteboard, and presentations. These features are available during meetings and non-meeting times.
You can send files of any type to people on Zoom by dragging and dropping them in the chat. Screen-sharing on Zoom is an effective way to share work screens and promote group work among your team when there are projects at hand that require a collaborative effort. You share any window or app from your screen and hide any other sensitive information that you don't want being broadcasted. In the event you're not able to find the time to gather everyone for a meeting, you can send video recordings to convey the message. The whiteboard widget on Zoom allows you to use it similar to Paint for drawing and writing. Zoom's presentations are excellent and support any source. You can drag and drop Powerpoint files or important ones from your Google Drive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with Zoom and haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues and I are working from home because of the pandemic and Zoom has helped us close the gap between communication issues and delayed work completions. We're able to stay connected and work together at all times since we can start Zoom meetings at any time. Even outside of our scheduled meetings, we can make quick voice calls with anyone to find solutions to queries. The communication features on Zoom are excellent, but what makes it the ideal software for us to work with is that it allows file transfer. We can share files by dragging and dropping them on the chat, after which anyone present in the room can voluntarily choose to download the files. While the distance prevents us from walking over to another person's cubicle to look at their computer, we're able to accomplish the same quite conveniently with screen-sharing. These are how Zoom has been helpful to us in our day-to-day work.

Zoom helps to discuss the findings. During remote working days it helps to carry the conversation with ease

What do you like best about the product?
It has the best user experience out of any of the video conference apps. I have used Microsoft teams and skype in my last role and I believe Zoom is much better. I like how you can conduct polls, pull people into breakout rooms, and customize any background you want in Zoom. I also don't experience many bugs/issues with using the platform. Everyone on our team/company loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about the product. Sometimes the zoom freezes but that's due to internet connectivity issues. The platform is pretty straightforward and easy to use so I never experience any issues. I use it mostly for meeting with clients/prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the times nowadays, everyone is working remotely so Zoom is critical to get the company coordinated and everyone able to work with each other. It's essential to our business so everyone can get work done remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using zoom since the first wave of Covid 19 and the lockdown in the country. The toll has helped us conduct classes, conduct meetings and collaborate with clients/other stakeholders. The audio/video quality is finest and unparalleled to any software before this
What do you dislike about the product?
With competitors in the markets, like Microsoft meet, Audio/video quality has significant over these platforms and Zoom does not match the requirements. Other concerns around Security and integration with other tools is also there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us collaborate internally amongst teams. We have been operating from home for a long time and zoom has played a significant role in that. We have been able to reduce costs and also hire better talent across the country.
It’s just the easiest platform for connecting to clients, period!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share your screen. This feature makes it easy to give clients the understanding of your product in a very comfortable and clear manor. Definitely a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the cost for the pro account is above what I feel is a fair value. If there was an open api for a cheaper price it would be easier to justify the costs without a doubt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to connect with clients and friends at a distance. There is definitely a benifit to being able to have a conversation from a far with the ease of zoom.
A platform that helps
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very complete platform and it helps a lot with its features to make meetings more dynamic. I really like the functionalities of reactions, screen sharing, viewing all participants with the camera on and especially the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the platform is a little slow, and the chat could have some additional features such as: emojis, sharing files to make things more dynamic. I also miss being more visual and having the options for when you're screen sharing be better located. Some features are hidden and a little difficult to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic it was difficult to find and adapt for meetings with a large number of people, the zoom helped a lot to meet this purpose and to this day the home office remains an option
best video call experience ever, the audio and video clarity is next to nothing.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive, and the audio and video clarity is next to nothing. so easy to adopt and start using for daily purposes. Browser support is the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription is a bit costly I suppose, there are other alternatives though subpar in comparison but are free and can be lived with. not sure if background blurring is available if yes then very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bringing in the best in industry video calling experience on the tip of the hand, heard of cases wherein the surgeries and procedures being carried out while on zoom is tremendous.

What do you like best about the product?
I did not really know about Zoom until the world was hit with Covid-19. I suppose it's safe to say that the only good thing that came from Covid is Zoom and the way it made doing business that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom and nothing is missing or does not work properly. Additionally, there is nothing I can think of that needs to improve or that could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is eliminating the need to travel and meet with people in person, particularly with the price of fuel. Since it reduces the need to travel, it makes all of us more productive. Zoom can be used for personal use as well. Especially when you have family living in various provinces. Zoom makes it easy to keep in touch. Zoom saves time, money and the environment.

Zoom is a great product to use for Business and Personal use.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, just download sign in and you are good to go. So many features to adjust backgrounds, Noise cancellation and whatnot. Easy scheduling of the meetings works great with Google Calendar as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit in the unpaid version is 45mins which is quite less and then you have to send another link to continue the discussions, however it alarms of how long the meeting last..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is easy to use and quickly enables to schedules call with on and offshore clients, Record meeting for future use, provides so many apps to play around with and also whiteboards help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the OG of virtual meetings. The fact that one can go to their calendar and create a meeting with zoom is amazing and super easy! Not only that, but when you meeting is about to start, you get a notification through your email. Genious!
What do you dislike about the product?
People have been jumping into meetings when they were not invited, but I think that can be resolved by making the meeting private. I also wish it didn't kick you out of the meeting when the time was up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While in a meeting, one can give control of their computer to another or all participants, which makes training someone super easy - even when working remotely like I do.
