What do you like best about the product?

the biggest thing our company uses is workflow automation we like that fact that it summarizing chat and set up reminders for us, the one thing we want to work on is the AI summary we had some issues in the past.

What do you dislike about the product?

AI-generated meeting summaries can misinterpret tone or include irrelevant or private comments not a huge fan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we solved was reaching our clients in different states and countries we would just depend on phone calls but being able to meet face to face make for a better client relations

What do you like best about the product?

The ease of someone that isn't techy to be able to easily jump in and have Face to Face conversations no matter where in the world we are. I'm jumping on Zoom calls with clients all over the world every week.

What do you dislike about the product?

Because they are growing so much over the last few years sometimes we have to be aware of there being issues here and there. Nothing too often though. I've rarely seen it be too difficult though.

More conversations with prospects and clients daily. Also, sometimes it's much faster to jump on a Zoom and share screens with clients than to try to walk through support issues via email.

Definitely take advantage of Zoom's features and connect it with your other tools such as your calendar system or my personal favorite Otter to transcribe the whole meetings for you. We're talking about massive time savers when you learn how to make your tools like this work together.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that it can be used on my phone or my computer. It is very user-friendly. I like that I can send emails and receive emails of the date and time of the meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like how if you use it on the desktop you have to dial the phone call in, even when I am on an internet-based phone that is connected to my computer. It seems to work better for the phone app.

Zoom worked very well for my company for having meetings virtually during COVID. Then we could have meetings and not be crowded in a conference room. It has helped businesses stay connected and sage

I would recommend having both the mobile app and the login for the computer. It makes it easier to use if you already have both ready to go. It is great for meetings and interviews.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom is fantastic and easy to operate when you want to set up meetings. It works excellently for businesses of any size, offering different plans based on your team's size and the features needed. You can make a new meeting from Zoom's main screen and invite people from your contacts right away to get the session started. Alternatively, you can schedule your meeting to take place at a later time. When scheduling, Zoom lets you not only choose the date, time, and duration, but also the time zone. This is beneficial if the participants of your meeting are based in another country and you want to schedule the meeting around a time that's convenient for them. You can have Zoom generate the meeting ID automatically, which is preferred if you're also going to be having other meetings. Otherwise, you can use your personal meeting ID for all meetings involving the same participants. One of the essential options you can select when scheduling your meeting is to allow Zoom to automatically record the meeting on your local computer. This option, when enabled, will also record the meeting for all the other participants, but on the cloud. They can choose to download it to their computer afterward if necessary.

Zoom is an excellent place for people to work, participate in classes, discuss, and work together seamlessly. One of the four available quick-access buttons on the main screen is screen sharing. You can start a screen-sharing session by clicking on the button and entering the ID of the meeting room where you want to share or start a screen-sharing session directly from the room without entering the ID. Once you click on it, you can have three modes of sharing, such as basic, advanced, or file. Basic sharing will allow you to share any window from your computer that's currently running. While sharing, you can allow Zoom to also share the audio and cursor. Advanced screen sharing allows you to manually select any portion of the screen you want to share, which is preferable if you want more privacy. File screen sharing allows you to directly select any file from Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., to share with the participants from the cloud without having to download or locate them on your computer. This feature is vital for people who carry their work on the cloud and want to form a work session efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't particularly have any issue with Zoom, but there are some areas where it can improve. The interface is pretty dull and the white background can irritate the eye when you're working for long hours while you're in meetings. An option to change the theme or a dark mode at the very least can be very refreshing.

I've been working through Zoom for two years since the pandemic started. Working from home has become the norm due to the pandemic and Zoom has been the frontrunner in making it possible for us. We have daily meetings scheduled to take place automatically, so there was only a one-time setup needed for Zoom to host our meetings from Monday to Saturday without our intervention. In the event there's any delay, we can always cancel the meeting and host one manually in the same room at a different time when everyone's ready. In addition to its seamlessness, the excellent quality of the calls and meetings is a big benefit that makes Zoom easy to work with. We've yet to have any issues with the audio and so far every session we've had to date has been productive. While Zoom solves the necessity to have meetings, it's also allowed us to share files and host screen sharing effectively. By the drag-and-drop method, we can share any files during meetings to pass files for compilation, debugging, and co-editing. Screen sharing makes it possible for us to discuss and view the code we need to work on as well as create algorithms. When we open up screen sharing, there's an option to use the whiteboard, which comes in handy when you want to draw or write what you have in mind to express it better to the participants. The usefulness of these features isn't bound to any specific industry and can be used for education and webinars as well. We can also share our screen from iPhone or iPad from our computer, which is beneficial when we're testing iOS applications for clients.

Reliability of the platform, opportunity to stay in touch with clients and employees in a meaningful way. We have integrated a TriCaster TC2 Elite system into our Zoom account for video conferencing and virtual event production.

What do you dislike about the product?

Less about Zoom, more just video conferencing on the whole, being "zoomed out." I really don't have any improvements to share at this time, Zoom has greatly benefited our business.

The ability to connect both pre-pandemic and throughout the pandemic has been a vital part of our success. As a creative agency, so much of what we do relies on brainstorming and Zoom has allowed that momentum to continue throughout.

We have tried a lot of the video conferencing software out there over the last 2+yrs and we always come back to Zoom as our preferred tool. We have recommended the platform above all other platforms when asked.

Zoom is very efficient and user friendly to use. Very easy to navigate through different sharing options. Audio,video quality,live chat and privecy features are excellent. Also we can use zoom for free and use anytime when we need to do any conference or meeting. Large audience can attend at the same time.

I think every features are useful. There is nothing to dislike. In free version of zoom i can suggest to enhance the meeting time as not all can use the paid version.

In our organisations in covid pandemic every meeting of directors are done by zoom app. Till now practice is going on. And also meeting with deferent vendors are also done via zoom apps.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom has been great in training over longer distances. I live over an hour away from the office so have been able to do the majority of my training using zoom. I am also able to use zoom for my personal business as a fitness instructor which allows clients from all over the country

What do you dislike about the product?

Zoom can have some minor glitches at times. It may be the wifi signal but it can be an issue on both sides of the conference. One thing I would like to be added to zoom is having a feature to disable the gallery view for the participants and not the host, allowing the host to only see those with camera on.

I have solved the problem of distance. I am able to communicate to those who are all over with this conference tool. This has allowed fully remote work without skipping a beat.
