I Use It for All Virtual Meetings and Podcast Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I am a business coach with the need to schedule meetings with my clients. I like Zoom because it is a low cost option to host and record meetings, share my screen, and record my podcast. Zoom actually separates the audio from the video so editing is easier. The software also integrates with Calendly and other software so my Zoom meeting syncs to my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say about Zoom is sometimes the video is grainy or the mic glitches. This doesn't happen often but happens enough to be noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers me a solution to record my meetings and save to the cloud. I also have a separate audio recording for my podcast. Additionally, I can share a link to the recording with my clients.

Zoom is a video meeting software i like to use it because it fast and everyone know it and also it come with good price monthly subscription

Till now and after a year of using it I really don't find any problem with it, it is perfect for me in personal and work life

Zoom give us the capability of making online meeting with our friends and teammates in work and our family and also to make webinar and teach.
Also zoom come in very specific time in corona virus time when we can't go and meet face to face and after this pandemic we really like to have meeting online

I really like zoom because it's easy and come with simple interface you don't need a tutorial to understand every button work, and also because the internet speed in my country i found that zoom is the fastest software with slow speed Internet.

What do you dislike about the product?
When using this product in large meetings with a large number of people, I noticed that the sound quality is not good and I needed to close the program and then open it again.

After the spread of Corona, the company began working remotely from home, which occurred after problems in communicating with the team and communicating with managers

Zoom "the best ever video conferencing app"? Well "Ya"!!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a couple of years now and in my experience with the application, it was a love and hate relationship. As the world started moving towards offline meetings and virtual fun, Zoom was there for me. Over the past 2 years, there was never a day in my life, in which I haven't been using this app and it held its end of the bargain pretty nicely. The best feature was the option to take the remote access to the other participant's system, with permission. The second will be the option to take a vote, then the reactions. 😊
What do you dislike about the product?
The background templates or the images do not always work the best, especially when you are in low light. Recently, I have seen users reporting audio drops, as the bandwidth of the conferencing might have been limited from what it was before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best ever problem that Zoom solved for me was that of the connectivity during these offline work modules, where you need to be in touch with someone all the time, and Zoom was the right choice.

Best Digital Meeting Application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best application I have ever used this long. I have tried many other applications but only satisfied with zoom. It offers HD Video and Audio clarity. After the update it even got better with good background effects, screen sharing quality .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I faced using zoom is I can't connect to the Bluetooth while the meeting is ongoing. This is the only problem I have faced. If they can fix this issue it will be much better and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps to connect with one another without any hassles. I can connect with my colleagues for any business presentation very easily with just a few clicks. Overall the application has beniftted very much in my professional career.
Good Communications Tool
What do you like best about the product?
In my own experience, zoom has been able to give people a platform to engage and meet and also make work easier in the new world of work. my most appreciative feature is that zoom allows for a raise hand prompt which allows for orderliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
My own negative experience with zoom would have to be the login activity, logging in on phones and windows are 2 different experiences as one is more stringent than the other. it would be better if there is a standing process for all devices

Zoom in solving the problem of long transit time, and interconnectivity made easy and lean means of learning and with the inception of this, I have preferred remote working and remote learning. here zoom has allowed me to learn at my own pace by accessing lectures from my house's comfort.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most beneficial about Zoom is that it allows people to meet online with convenience. You can even mute when there's a knock on your door, and you can see whoever you're in a group with too.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of Zoom is that you can get stuck not knowing what to do if the audio isn't coming through. Simply put, a tutorial from Zoom to be available upon installation would easily fix all that.

It's solving the problem of how to meet up with people for those that had been seeking a way. It's simplifying things too because while Google Meets are nice, Zoom seems to have many features. The design of Zoom is benefitting me because it's orderly, fixed, and catches my attention in a way where the design feels perfect. I don't see it and feel like, "Oh wow, what's all this and how on Earth will I figure out how to make my way around this platform?" It's not confusing to an extent where I'd be lost the entire time. Of course, that doesn't mean it's the same for everyone because there are many factors to consider including old age changing the mind to not be able to do as much as before. Maybe there could be a Zoom Seniors and other apps in the future for older people that could use it.

Make sure to have at least a little experience using online meetings including with video because you may need it.
High Quality App
What do you like best about the product?
Since the covid pandemic started, a majority of my meetings were shifted to work from home. I like that it is extremely easy to set up and use, and it gets linked to Outlook simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting the best background has been an issue since I started using this app. I am not much into showing where I am located at, but I do not like either to use those artificial and distracting backgrounds many people overuse

I think that the main problem Zoom has helped me solve is its immediate response. Another problem it improved was the need to be physically present at different locations throughout the working day

Zoom is useful for setting up meetings arising because of emergencies thanks to their scheduling facility. It also adds the option of the meeting agenda directly to the users' calendar.
Best vedio Conferencing Application in market
What do you like best about the product?
I will use zoom application for both official and have used zoom application for personal use also it is one of the beast application to use in the market because there will be no buffering while using the application even when the internet speed is less. It will also provide the recording option where we can record the information part of the vedio and can see it later when it is Required.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we face issues it is a bit difficult to report the issue because zoom provides only paid customer support option. Hence if we face any issues we have to take the paid customer option to report the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom application we can attend the official meetings in the office without any issues. It has been made very easy to use the application in both mobile and the Laptop. If we want add another person we can add him by providing the meeting link to him easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that this application keeps on updating from time to time and that it matches what its customers need. This is by far the easiest platform to navigate and has a lot of different functionalities! I also liked the idea that I can create my own unique ID and PW and just use it for recurring meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that experience would also be the same in Mobile, though it is not as difficult as it is, it would be better if it also works the same way it works on desktop/laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed that when we initially updated to Windows11, it's affecting the easiness of how it works. As a result, I need to stay at Windows 10 in the meantime for a while in order to keep it running. Though, it seems to be just working fine with the recent update.

This is truly a one-stop online-based platform that will get you connected in every part of the world no matter where you are. I am so glad to be able to get to know this application for our online meetings right before the pandemic hit. It made us feel connected.
