What do you like best about the product?
zoom workplace has it all from the best ui to the best services withing the app
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest if we could minimize having sms and team chat in the same place we shoud just have one

It solces when staff are remote and needing to join meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE The workflow. It makes my daily work 10X easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone likes having a workflow set up like that. it takes time to adjust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking has been so easy and I always have everything right there in front of me. Having the integration makes everything talk to each other so much better.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is having my own unique link I can have for Zoom meetings. Being able to say ____.zoom.us/MyLink is so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to schedule invites in my calendar. So often I will use Google Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to connect with clients, team members and partners. Journalists are usually big fans of zoom too over other video conferencing solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration, portal is easy to navigate and do what is needed. Customer support is fast to repsond and able to resolve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unplanned outages not that they happen often

Our primary means of meeting with co-workers as we are a fully remote company.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest way to connect colleagues from all over. Super easy to implement and recognized by almost every user. We use this product daily without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
About the only thing is swapping between hosts or trying to help people how to figure out how to share their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have no problems

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been incredibly helpful for our remote organization to stay connected. Our users appreciate the high quality of the video and audio capabilities, the ease of taking calls either on their mobile device or laptop. And it has helpful features like breakout rooms and polling that help to enhance digital meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom overall is truly a great product, but working with customer service can sometimes be difficulty. We had a challenging situation come up and it felt like we went around in circles for weeks with customer service to get it resolved. But more generally, they have been okay for specific group account support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a remote team connected.

What do you like best about the product?
That anyone can connect to a meeting regardless if they are within the organization or outside. We use it daily with ease and almost no need to ever contact customer support. It's great to have our business phone numbers, google calendar and team chat all integrated into one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small glitches that sometimes cause my camera to turn off for no reason, it's nothing major

Its simple to use software that doesn't require a ton of administration to be effective.

the upside of zoom is that it is very easy to explain to clients how to join a meeting even if they have never used it before

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is how the app just works. A lot of other meeting apps often have incompatability issues when getting on with people. With zoom, I've never run into someone not being able to join, or not able to connect audio or video. We use zoom very often and it is always easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, the worst thing about zoom would be the options that appear when you screenshare. It messes up the video options, I'd like to only be able to see the people who are on the call with me but the options are only one person, everyone (including myself), or nobody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team and zoom allows us to conduct meetings with our team and our customers easily. It's so easy that we colloquially say "let's do a zoom" when we mean a web conference.
