Zoom Workplace is simple and reliable for daily meetings. It's easy to join calls, schedule meetings, and share screens without confusions. The audio and video quality are usually clear. The overall experience feels smooth and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are minor connection issues or short audio delays and it can also use a lot of system resources during long meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration problems, especially when teams work remotely. It combines meetings, chat, and screen sharing in one platform. This saves time and keeps everyone on the same page. For me, it makes discussions clearer and teamwork more efficient without requiring multiple tools.
Excellent Connectivity and Diversity of Functions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the connectivity and diversity of tools that Zoom Workplace offers. The recording capability is great, it allows me to review recordings and easily share videos. I also appreciate the ease of creating breakout rooms, which facilitates small group discussions.

I love zoom workplace I can have meetings with my co workers without leaving my area I’m in and I never had a problem with this app

I like the breakout rooms. I also like that I can share my screen in Zoom Workplace. Its accessibility is something that I enjoy.

There are times where I have connectivity issues as well as the clarity of video. On certain computers is an issue.

I use Zoom Workplace for easy client communication during sessions and seamless team meetings, improving collaboration and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of things about Zoom Workplace. It's really easy to share links to my personal meeting room and schedule meetings in advance, which I can then send to others. I also appreciate the features within the Zoom app, like share screen and chat, which make it really easy to engage with people and have productive work sessions. Sharing links is valuable because it allows me to hop on meetings easily or send out a link instead of coordinating on the spot. Scheduling meetings seamlessly integrates with other tools, like Google Calendar. The share screen and chat features are especially helpful in larger groups for keeping everyone on the same page. I find that these collaborative features make it really easy to work in teams. It's also easy to use Zoom Workplace with other tools or software because I can just share my screen.

I wish there were more team bonding activities within Zoom Workplace.

Zoom Workplace makes it easy to meet virtually across locations and time zones. I like the collaborative features like screen sharing and chat, which enhance productivity. Scheduling is seamless, especially with Google Calendar integration.

There’s nothing I dislike about Zoom WorkPlace.

it is ensuring we can use a professional based meeting room and something that everybody trusts
No 1 app for team meetings
What do you like best about the product?
In my company, we’ve been using Zoom for more than three years. Our team includes people across multiple regions, and sometimes it can be a little hard to understand different accents, so Zoom’s translation option is awesome. I’ve never experienced any downtime with the application, and their customer support team is always responsive and active. It’s also very easy to use for customers in any age group. All of our daily scrum meetings happen on Zoom, and we can quickly take notes in the tool during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn’t notice any negative points with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, the main issue in meetings is dealing with accents when connecting with multilingual people. Zoom helps resolve this by offering a translation feature.
