What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have zoom meetings and the use for calls is super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I need to edit my settings, but I do not always get notifications when I get calls or messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work remote and using the app to make client calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set meetings up and easy for clients to jump into a video call. Great for big size team meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike , Zoom is a great option for video types of meetings

Top-Notch Video Quality, Minor Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Zoom Workplace because the video quality is better than any other software we've used before. It improves the quality of the video even when the camera quality might not be the best. I also like that it provides a wide range of backgrounds to choose from, which enhances the video quality, making sure you look good even in poorly lit spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup can be complex. Not the full setup, but when I want to join a Zoom call from a link, it opens the application when I prefer it to open in a browser. It becomes difficult to cancel the app and use the browser. An option to join using the browser would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for teaching and meetings, and it excels in video quality, offering a better experience than other software.

What do you like best about the product?
We have all in one at a single place. arrange meeting, chats , follow ups, docs at separate place, screen sharing is easy & smooth. its great for those who are working in hybrid or WFH.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not dislike, just some minor Cons - the UI looks bit cluttered because all the apps are at one place, if the the net is slow then the audio glitch or lag issue happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was easy to schedule meeting with the internal 7 tie up companies employees. screen sharing was smooth to show the flow of my work. the AI is was very helpful to make meeting notes, follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom keeps evolving and fundamentally makes collaboration and connection easier. It's simplified a lot for us as an organisation and it's a preferred platform for meetings and chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well we only use the basic platform and so of course, there are restrictions on a meeting time. Personally that's fine with me as I would prefer an email or phone call to most meetings! But it has been complained about internally before.

Combining calendars, chat and meetings for faster connectivity and decisions about when we can meet and connect as we are a remote team.

Rather easy to use and it has background filters

The free version has a time limit and will cut off in the middle of a meeting.

It emilibates the need to have to physically meet with a client. I'm able to build a report and get connected easily.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a no-brainer if you need to schedule and host remote meetings. The pricing is affordable, and the ROI is easy to justify. The AI driven meeting notes and assistant are also a must now days.

Nothing really negative other than its not free.

I use it to host large, collaborative meetings with partners and potential clients, and the integration with Outlook is also a must-have for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy and simple to use. The ability to split teams into smaller groups is a great feature, especially when tasks need to be completed in smaller teams. It's also easy to separate people and set a time for meetings. The initial setup was pretty easy.

What do you like best about the product?
You don’t have to be tech-savvy. Joining a meeting is usually just clicking a link, which makes it stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meetings can cut off after 40 minutes, which gets annoying if you’re in the middle of something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s harder to read body language or build real connection compared to face-to-face meetings.
Worth the Money: Easy Recording and Unlimited Calls for Team Connection
What do you like best about the product?
We started using this during COVID and it helped our team stay connected and then used it after that for team meetings, coaching calls, training, etc. It is so nice that there isn't a time limit on calls and how easy it is to record meetings and trainings for future reference. Worth the money for our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our team utilizes and pays for Google Workspace, Zoom is an added cost that we don't necessarily need to be paying for, but we still do. Every so often there is a sound or video issue but that is to be expected I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our team connected and helps me join coaching calls, meetings, record training that I can look back on, and see colleagues that are out of state face to face! We use this tool so often as a team. The custom and recurring meeting links allow us to share links on our shared calendar and keep things consistent.
