Zoom Workplace is convenient and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Team chats and meetings are essential for every day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom workplace does not integrate with third pary platforms like google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace is the primary tool for meeting when the team is not physically together. The best use for zoom in general is communication.

Having the secure place to meet and easy to use.

So far, it has been easy to use and the features have met expectations.

It has helped with interviews and scheduling people quickly.
Most reliable meetings
What do you like best about the product?
There are no issues with connecting with team members or issues with external users. Reliable software that prevents no issues unlike its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pull zoom links from users on the backend for those that are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable meetings both internally and externally. Enjoy being able to also see the chat history in a more seamless manner with the recent changes.

What do you like best about the product?
The meeting and webinar feature is my most used feature, especially the recording and transcription feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a webinar and selecting certain settings could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our need to connect with companies across the country in an easy format, and allows for us to record and share the content at a later date.

Easy to use, can be used for remote support or meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly have to update the application but it's constanlty improving.

If I need to provide remote support, zoom is a simple and quick way to do that.

Zoom workplace helps us connect our remote workers and keep our meetings efficient. It has a great set of tools that enable us to work effectively.
When it works, it works well
What do you like best about the product?
It has the features we need to function in a remote, customer service environment. There are a lot of settings - like simultaneous ring and other phone system management tools - that make the work we do much easier. It's also very easy to transfer or confernece call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of settings in many places that are not always clear and make problem solving difficult. We also occastionally have bigger, unexpected problems with the phone lines.

Easy ways to connect the team and to connect to customers
Zoom is so much easier to use. Teams Sucks!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. So easy to just schedule a meeting, we use it all the time. Teams is a pain in the butt. We love Zoom Rooms for Zoom Workplace because it lets us connect to different platforms too. Also their customer service is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. We love Zoom Workspace! No way ill ever move away.

Helps us keep multiple products under one ecosystem.
One Stop shop for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The application that they have. It has calendar, starting a zoom meeting, zoom phone, even has webinar capabilities and toggle from phone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spotty reception for Zoom Phone. It is not reliable sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a hybrid company, having to meet online makes it easier especially the integration of Google Calendar with Zoom. We also use zoom phone as our main receptionist and internal work phone nationally.
