Zoom Workplace makes remote work much easier

Zoom workplace helps us connect our remote workers and keep our meetings efficient. It has a great set of tools that enable us to work effectively.

When it works, it works well
What do you like best about the product?
It has the features we need to function in a remote, customer service environment. There are a lot of settings - like simultaneous ring and other phone system management tools - that make the work we do much easier. It's also very easy to transfer or confernece call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of settings in many places that are not always clear and make problem solving difficult. We also occastionally have bigger, unexpected problems with the phone lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy ways to connect the team and to connect to customers
Zoom is so much easier to use. Teams Sucks!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. So easy to just schedule a meeting, we use it all the time. Teams is a pain in the butt. We love Zoom Rooms for Zoom Workplace because it lets us connect to different platforms too. Also their customer service is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. We love Zoom Workspace! No way ill ever move away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep multiple products under one ecosystem.
One Stop shop for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The application that they have. It has calendar, starting a zoom meeting, zoom phone, even has webinar capabilities and toggle from phone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spotty reception for Zoom Phone. It is not reliable sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a hybrid company, having to meet online makes it easier especially the integration of Google Calendar with Zoom. We also use zoom phone as our main receptionist and internal work phone nationally.

What do you like best about the product?
Chat, reactions, retouching your appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default settings are sometimes not what I would set, like not being able to copy out of the chat.

Bringing virtual employees together.
Everything works works cohesively in one place

Very User friendly, connected to G-Suite (Google Calendar)

Meetings will call me cellphone via app when I am already in the meeting via desktop.

VOIP System and internal communications.
Zoom is the premier platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace allows me to monitor my sales reps calls and also gives us the best functionality. Muliple other softwares (teams and meet) always glitch out during our calls, Zoom has always been smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had many issues. Sometimes clients have difficulty navigating and regularly have to update the software though

We're able to meet with many more clients daily by video conferencing
Solid Solution

Easy to use, scalable, solid customer service

Frequent updates sometimes confuse our end users

Zoom is a great all-in-one solution. We've been able to consolidate a number of our services into the platform, simplifying user experience and saving us money.

East of use, ease of administration, cost.

Auto updates sometimes when logging into a meeting.

Makes having a virutal team easy without having to have specific hardware for communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom does exactly what we need when we need it. Zoom is extremely helpful in allowing us to have phones in our office as well as being able to access our phones remotely. It also allows us to efficiently communicate with our patients in a HIPAA secure environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the customer service is lacking.

It solves the communication problem in the era of covid.
