Reliable and User-Friendly Collaboration Platform

  • September 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom Workplace is its intuitive interface—joining meetings, sharing screens, and collaborating with colleagues is straightforward and requires little training, making implementation quick and hassle-free for new users and teams. I use Zoom Workplace frequently, often multiple times a day, which speaks to its reliability and convenience for ongoing communication. The platform offers a wide range of features, including breakout rooms, chat, and easy calendar integration, which help streamline communication and project management. Frequent updates and improvements show that Zoom is responsive to user feedback, and the mobile app makes it convenient to stay connected on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is generally effective, there are some drawbacks. Occasionally, audio or video quality can suffer due to network issues, which disrupts the flow of meetings. Setting up advanced features, such as webinars or integrations with third-party apps, can be complicated and may require additional support. Some premium features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller organizations. Notifications can become overwhelming if not managed properly, and customer support response times may be slow during busy periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves remote collaboration and communication challenges by making it easy to connect with colleagues, share information, and hold productive meetings from anywhere. This helps me stay efficient, organized, and engaged with my team, no matter where we’re working. The platform’s reliable features, like screen sharing and integrated chat, streamline our workflow and reduce the need for lengthy email exchanges.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a helpful tool when hosting a meeting. The features that really solve problems are using the share screen to share your screen and documents that you may need help with or showing a demonstration to another person.

Zoom is easy to integrate and implement on any laptop or desktop computer. You can download the app with easy installation or use your browser to access.

I'm using Zoom at least frequently once a month for staff meetings.

Customer support is very helpful and has many ways of connecting via chat, phone or email when you have an issue.

Zoom is solving all of our problems by helping us to be able to host meetings, conduct trainings and share our screens.

A Go-To Platform for Seamless Virtual Collaboration

  • September 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom Workplace (previously just Zoom) for over three years both for remote work and collaborating across different departments and time zones. Overall, it has become one of the more dependable platforms for virtual meetings and communication. The audio/video quality is consistently solid, even on slower connections, and recent updates have improved performance and added helpful features like AI-powered meeting summaries, breakout room enhancements, and whiteboarding.
One of the best aspects of Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to onboard new team members. The interface is intuitive, and it integrates well with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. That said, Zoom can still feel disjointed when switching between its different modules chat, meetings, whiteboard, phone, etc. It sometimes feels like a collection of separate tools instead of one unified experience. Also, Zoom Chat still doesn’t quite match up to Slack or Teams when it comes to internal communication for larger teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace is reliable and versatile, especially for meetings and webinars. While there's room to improve the chat and integration across modules, I’d still recommend it to most teams looking for a dependable communication platform. I really like Zoom for meetings, but the platform can feel a bit disjointed like the chat, whiteboard, and phone features don’t fully connect smoothly. The chat especially isn’t as strong as Slack or Teams. Also, some updates can be buggy, and the pricing for extra features adds up quickly. Still great for video calls, but the overall user experience could be more unified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace cuts through remote work friction by unifying your tools and embedding AI across everything. It not only makes collaboration smoother, but also reduces manual tasks, simplifies administration, and helps everyone work smarter no matter where they are. Whether it's scheduling, drafting agendas, or summarizing calls these repetitive tasks pull focus from meaningful work. Zoom’s AI automates them: it schedules follow-ups, generates documents, and provides real-time or post-meeting summaries all within the workspace. Managing several platforms with overlapping features or confusing add-ons can hurt productivity and budgets. Zoom Workplace bundles chat, video, phone, and whiteboard functionalities under one roof, simplifying tech stacks and support needs. As teams split between in-person and remote, coordinating space, presence, and meetings gets tough. Zoom Workplace’s Workspaces tools (desk reservation, visitor management, Zoom Rooms enhancements) streamline hybrid collaboration.
