What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because of its user-friendly interface and the ease my clients feel when using it. I just send them the link to join, and they are in. It's really important for me, especially when doing a nutrition-focused physical exam, to have clear picture quality, and Zoom Workplace always delivers good service and clarity. The initial setup was very easy, and that made the transition smooth for me. I also appreciate the ability to have a video chat with my clients and host group sessions like seminars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version had a longer Zoom meeting time. The 45-minute cut-off usually is too short for my initial consultations. Not having a cut-off time during meetings, I sometimes do not know how long the meetings will be and I don't like being cut off mid-sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to have video chats with clients and group sessions for seminars, with a user-friendly interface my clients find easy to use. Clear video quality supports my nutrition-focused physical exams, ensuring effective consultations.

Zoom Workplace is dependable and simple to use. Even with a large number of participants, the audio and video quality is constant. Screen sharing, chat, and calendar integration are examples of features that function well and need little setup.

The software occasionally seems heavy and consumes more system resources than anticipated. For smaller teams, the majority of advanced functionality and AI technologies are restricted to expensive programs.

I like how reliable and easy to use Zoom Workplace is. It's simple to schedule and join meetings, with consistent video and audio quality unlike other platforms. Sharing and recording work without complication. Reliability means we don't have to worry about technical issues during important interviews, helping us stay professional and focused. The ease of use allows candidates and hiring managers to join quickly without confusion, saving time and keeping the hiring process moving smoothly. The initial setup was very easy, didn't require much training, and our team was able to start scheduling and hosting meetings right away. The integration with our calendars made the transition smooth and quick. I rate it a 9 out of 10 because it's reliable, easy to use, and works really well for remote hiring and team collaboration.

Sometimes large meetings can feel overwhelming to manage, especially when coordinating with multiple speakers and chat messages at once. Connectivity issues on the candidate's side can also disrupt interviews. It would be great to have built-in hiring tools, or structured interview templates.

I like using Zoom Workplace because using Zoom is easy, and we can find many useful features on their interface. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace for our team was very straightforward and easy. The onboarding process was smooth, with intuitive admin controls and clear setup guides. Most team members were able to get up and running quickly without major technical issues. We previously used other platforms like Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, but switched because of Zoom’s ease of use, better meeting stability, and more seamless collaboration features, which improved our overall productivity and user experience.

While Zoom Workplace is easy to use, it can sometimes feel limited in advanced collaboration features compared to other tools. Occasional performance issues in large meetings and too many notifications can also be distracting.

It's simple and easy to use, scheduling a meeting and connecting to it shouldn't be complex and with zoom it's just like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of 1000 characters in the chat is annoying, sometimes you need to copy logs or a heavy text and you need to slice it several times. I think it should let send much more of text
