crystal-clear audio and video quality
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers high-quality video conferencing capabilities. The audio and video quality is clear enough to communicate with my clients efectively. It's easy to discuss project requirements or cross-collaborate with other technical writer or account executives because it provides seamless communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom offers limited free time. The free version is a major drawback because if we are not using the company Zoom and just meet among ourselves (pool of technical writers), we feel rushed. It hinders productivity and dusrupts smooth communication flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Zoom even before the pandemic but it has been a real life-saver during lockdown. It supported business continuity and we are able to meet our deliverables even if we can't report to our office. It also provided continuous communication with our clients and internally as well.

Makes corporate world so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
There are certian features of zoom that is a life saver for me.
1. The fact that I have got it integrated with my outlook calender so that i get notified of all the meetings is the best thing.
2. The new feature that got added recently , AI companion, where it makes notes of the meeting is so cool and userful, specially when you have got client meetings with lots of brainstorming.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about zoom is that while screen sharing, there should be an option for me to share my zoom chats as well. Sometimes it is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me mainly as i have numerous calls to attend in a day and i don't remember them certainly. So zoom notifies me 15 mins before every one of my meetings which gives me enough time to prepare as well. Also, working with colleagues is easier with this as it let's me annotate on other person's screen to explain things better.

Easy access from mobile, desktop and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limiting and controlled by people others who decide what you can and cannot discuss in your own meetings. Don't like the censorship.

It's great quality video conferencing and fairly simple to use for meetings involving large groups of people who are all in different locations or working remotely.

It enhance employee emgagement, reduces the need to switch between different apps and have features like end to end encrytion, compliance certification.

-For new users it takes time to navigate between different features and customizing spaces.

Great app for all wfh needs
What do you like best about the product?
I feel the best thing about zoom is its UX. Its intuitive and easy to learn and adapt. Switching to any other solution after zoom seems difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
None observed so far. Just to knitpick, it would be performance on low end devices with slower connections

Helps in sharing screen, having voice calls, using whiteboard to explain stuff. Recording calls.
Great video conferencing experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked all the accessibility to all the features and how easy it is to hold a meeting or a webinar on this platform it allowed me all the things I was searching for in a video conferencing platform
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked about the zoom was I used to get kicked out of the meeting when network was interrupted even a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved a very big problem for me and that is travelling for small meetings now I can attend or host them on zoom at the ease of staying at my desired place
Very Convenient for Schedluing meetings with Non Organizational People
What do you like best about the product?
Works great for scheduling calls, I am very happy on using it.

The Cost to be an actual paid account user is very high it should be less.

It is best for scheduling video calls and helps with engaging people that are not of same organization
