What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use even for new users with high-quality video and audio performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has time and count limits for group meetings and also requires add-ons or higher tier plans for advanced features, such as large webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the challenge of connecting distributed teams with stable and high-quality video meetings instantly. It reduces travel costs, supports hybrid work models, and provides flexible options for training, education, and business meetings with simple and understandable options even for new users, with no special training required.
It’s convenient, I love that you can blur out your background.

Having to go to places that’s further away can be inconvenient. Zoom helps with being able to connect virtually.

What I like most is that it has many tools. You can create chats, call, reschedule appointments, hold meetings, share screens from a live presentation, and more.

I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings and collaboration with my colleagues, and I am very satisfied with its functionality. The platform is easy to use, with clear and stable video and audio calls. I especially like that it allows screen sharing and real-time teamwork, which significantly facilitates remote communication. Also, the application is available on multiple devices, allowing me to stay connected even when I’m away from my computer.

Sometimes there are brief signal interruptions or reductions in video call quality, especially when the internet connection is weak. Also, the free version has a limited meeting duration, which can restrict longer conversations without a paid subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how reliable Zoom is for meetings and webinars. The video and audio quality are very clear, even with larger groups. It’s easy to make or join a meeting, and I like that it works the same across desktop and on phone too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it takes a few seconds to connect when the net is slow, and some of the advanced settings are very hidden, and you need to dig deep into it, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really helps us align the meeting in shortest time possible, with internal and external teams, regardless of location. It helps us run virtual meetings and events in a seamless way and saves time compared to arranging in person meetings, It is very convenient and easy to use.
Zoom: Quite easy to operate.
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuative and fast. I've never had any issues with zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't anything to dislike about zoom after about a year of using it.
