What do you like best about the product?
Getting option to create a multiple rooms and many customers can be in one room. easy to navigate and great for customer support option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now all the feature is working great

Sharing screen and then easy to navigate use annotate option to follow the troubleshooting steps
A Reliable Hub for Daily Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how everything is integrated into one place — meetings, chat, whiteboards, even file sharing. It’s way easier to stay organized without having to bounce between different apps all day. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take long for the whole team to get comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can get overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple channels or teams. I’ve had to tweak the settings a few times to avoid getting distracted. It’d be nice if there were smarter defaults or more granular control right off the bat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped cut down on the chaos of using multiple tools for communication, meetings, and project updates. Before Zoom Workplace, we were juggling email, Slack, and separate video platforms — things would slip through the cracks. Now, everything’s in one place, so we move faster and communicate more clearly.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of meetings, chat, and collaboration tools in one platform. It’s intuitive, reliable, and makes remote communication feel effortless, whether for quick team check-ins or large-scale webinars. The HD video and clear audio quality enhance the experience, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording make it highly versatile for different work needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be resource-intensive at times, causing performance lags on lower-end devices. Additionally, occasional audio/video sync issues and the need for frequent updates can interrupt workflow. A more lightweight version or smoother background updating process would improve the overall experience.

Zoom Keeps My Team Connected Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth and reliable Zoom is for meetings, even with large groups. The video and audio quality are excellent, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds make collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it uses a lot of system resources, which can slow things down on older devices. Also, occasional connection drops happen if the internet speed fluctuates.

Zoom makes remote communication seamless. It allows me to connect with clients and colleagues anywhere in the world, saving travel time and making collaboration faster and more efficient.
Excellent Video Conferencing & Connecting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom handles video meetings, chat, phone, whiteboard, and document sharing from one client and simplifying workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates (like a merged Meetings & Calendar tab or new sidebars) that disrupts workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not that I know of any.

It’s been reliable with video and audio quality. The breakout rooms are my favorite feature! And overall easy to use!

Group time limits up to 40 mins. I wish it were longer that’s all

It helps with any distance barriers with my colleagues. We’re able to save time and money from the commute

It's easy to use, anybody with wifi can use it!

It had a glitch while using my laptop but I shut it down and used the zoom app on my Iphone. Quick and easy!

When I cant jump on a plane to get in person training, my only option is zoom. It's a blessing to use.

Very easy to use, comprehensive offerings, customer support is so helpful, I use it everyday. Very easy to setup as well.

Unreliable each day and the integration is a little complicated.
