Easy to use, Great for team collaboration and webinar hosting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes virtual collaboration seamless. The video and audio quality are consistently excellent, and I love how easy it is to schedule and join meetings directly from my calendar. I also appreciate the integrations with Slack, which make workflow much smoother.
In addition, Zoom Workplace’s webinar feature is excellent. It’s easy to host large-scale events, manage participants, and share content. The Q&A and polling tools make engagement simple and effective!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can use a lot of system resources, which can slow down my computer during webinar hosting. The chat and messaging functionality could be more robust. It feels less intuitive compared to dedicated messaging apps. Additionally, file sharing in chat is limited compared to other collaboration platforms.
When hosting webinars, the transition between practice mode and live sessions can be confusing, especially for new hosts, which may lead to mistakes when the webinar goes live. I also found that the practice session doesn’t fully simulate a real webinar environment, making it hard to test how features like Q&A, polls, or breakout rooms will behave with many participants.

Additionally, some users find the expanded suite of tools, like the calendar and AI companion, to be unnecessary bloat, preferring a simpler, single-purpose application for their needs.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. There were a few times when I connected and the person I was supposed to meet with seemed to be in another meeting. In those cases, I resolved the issue by sending the link again or starting a new meeting.
