Best meeting experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy user interface, it is very user friendly, useful to connect with candidates in abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it's just awesome. I don't see any negatives in it, because of the user friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful to connect with candidates across world, we use it for recruiting candidates. It helps us to connect with candidate's easily, and the meeting in it is very efficient.

Organized meetings at its finnest
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduler is a function that has been a game changer to me, allowing to set windows of time for meetings with my co-workers is key to adapting to their schedules and keeping everyone in loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there is nothing I dont like about the product, there is one area of improvement: giving visibility over other zoom users calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal/External Communication has never been easier

That it enable seamless communication across teams, making it easy to work together effectively, regardless of where we are. It also made work from home more accessible

sometomes when you use it from the web, it takes time to connect or join the call as there are many steps to join the call/meeting

that we dont have to work from the office, and we get to be more flexable.

I love how helpful zoom been to me over the past few years, I used it for meetings, for church and all, greatly appreciate this software! Highly recommend.

Nothing, I honestly haven't gotten a problem with this app.

Good Virtual Connect Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Meetings are easy to schedule and it's integration with outlook is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have often faced issues with the mic and lagging even with a good internet connection.

Well we needed to connect during remote work and zoom enabled that for us.

Most Stable and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is the most stable and easy to use online communication tool for meeting. I love the breakout room feature to discuss in depth with others before joining back the big group.
Not forgetting the highlight feature to watch both focused individual on their discussion.

Not knowing how to download the messages during the meeting which can be useful

Great Virtual Meeting Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom Workplace is having the ability to attend a virtual meeting on my cell phone or anywhere outside of the office.

I have no dislike about the Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has resolve our issue on having employees working from home to come into the office to attend the meetings. Also, in not having to have vendors fly out to our organization to perform a training class.
Frustrating Subscription Renewal Experience & Poor Support
What do you like best about the product?
At this moment, I have no intention of using Zoom or its products in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been a long-time user of Zoom, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. My subscription was renewed without my authorization, and despite multiple attempts to cancel the account and request assistance, I’ve received no resolution from the Zoom support team.
The lack of responsiveness and transparency in addressing billing issues is unacceptable, especially for a company of this scale. It feels like customer concerns are not being taken seriously, and the self-service options are either inadequate or intentionally convoluted.
