What do you like best about the product?
I like the quality of the tools and the connection. It's always very clear, and no matter how many people are on the call, there's always a good connection. I can use integrations with AI assistance or note takers, which helps me register meetings and make more effective reports. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is very easy for me, and I'm accustomed to using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the background filters don't work that well because of Internet connection or computer settings, and that could be improved.

I use Zoom Workplace for its high-quality connection and tools, ensuring smooth meetings. It enhances productivity with integrations and AI assistance for effective meeting reports.

I really like the ability to record and share screens with Zoom Workplace. It's super helpful for quickly resolving problems with my team by hopping on a Zoom call, and I find it valuable to reference the video later if the same issue comes up again. Moreover, setting up Zoom Workplace was very easy.

I like that Zoom Workplace records meetings and keeps them all in the same spot. It's super easy to set up, and I appreciate that because not all of my team members can attend every meeting due to different time zones and shifts.

I have some connectivity issues sometimes. It can lag, especially when using video by multiple people, which takes up too much bandwidth and causes issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The audio and video quality are better than on any other video conferencing platform I’ve used. I often choose it as my default option, especially when other platforms aren’t working properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how expensive the webinar version of Zoom is. Also, I would like to see a hybrid option between the Zoom webinar product and the regular platform.

Switching between chat, meetings, and other tools isn’t always as seamless as it could be.

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to train staff by allowing screen sharing and recording sessions. It benefits me by saving time and giving employees a resource they can go back to whenever they need.
Easy Setup and Clear Audio for Engaging Hybrid Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and setup for meetings. I love how we can interact with the participants that can not make it in the building

I love it. After figuring out how to use music and having people singing at the same time and the home users still able to hear everything clearly is great. Until I was able to figure out the correct settings when playing music, it was a problem. But now all is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving being able to still have full attendance even when people can not leave their home to attend meetings. Now they do not have any excuse on making meetings and events.

Most seamless video conferencing platform. Easy to share links, records, share screens without interfering the presenters view

Calling in is not as easy as I'd like it to be.

Team collaboration, recording sessions, viewing team recordings at later dates while also pw protecting them for security.
