I really like how easy it is to connect with colleagues no matter where they are. The interface is simple and meetings usually run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, and meetings can feel long if there are too many people. It would be nice if it were a little more reliable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected with my team and other departments, even when we are working remotely. It makes it easier to run trainings, share updates, and coordinate with colleagues across different locations. This saves time, keeps everyone on the same page, and helps me be more effective in my role as a sales enablement manager.
Makes teamwork simpler
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use, scheduling a meeting and connecting to it shouldn't be complex and with zoom it's just like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of 1000 characters in the chat is annoying, sometimes you need to copy logs or a heavy text and you need to slice it several times. I think it should let send much more of text

Video conferencing and remote assistance is something organizations work with on daily basis, zoom helps us get it done

I dont have any dislikes about zoom workplace it is our go to platform for our weekly meetings

Being able to have a conference call with unlimited amount of people, cant do that over the phone

I like the UI and functionality of Zoom Workplace. I also value the Share Screen and Waiting Rooms features.

Phenomenal Convenience with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace extremely convenient, which is what I've really enjoyed most about it. Being able to use it wherever and whenever makes it very valuable to me. I believe it's an absolutely phenomenal tool that doesn't have anything to improve on. The initial setup was smooth and easy, rating a 10 on a scale of one to 10 for ease. I would definitely highly recommend it to a friend or colleague.

There was absolutely nothing that i disliked.

I find Zoom Workplace very convenient, since I can use it wherever and whenever I need, which makes it incredibly valuable for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy the entire platform is to use. For business meetings it is my preferred platform!

There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to conduct meetings from a virtual setting, while giving you all of the features to be extremely productive.
AI Meeting Summaries That Boost Clarity and Speed Up Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that virtual meetings provides has always been a game changer but the new AI meeting summaries have upped the ante for sure. Meetings move faster with participants listening to hear vs. scrambling to record notes/nexts. Minimizes f/u and maximizes clarity. The true win? Hosts who use eliminate participants from sheepishly trying to sneak cameras out for a stealthy screen pic.

Not yet wild about about mail integration.
