What do you like best about the product?
The ability to host clean meetings, record the sessions, and assign host rights. Zoom offers high-quality video and clear sound. Regarding licensing, I appreciate the variety of options available that can accommodate a large number of participants for extended meeting durations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have a budget-friendly package that can be used by many users. Enhance the basic package with additional features. Lower the license/give discounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can comfortably host large meetings with any number of attendees, and we have the capability to interact with participants through chat during calls. Most importantly, we have the ability to host and record meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Zoom. It enables important meetings regardless of geography, supports webinars, shares recordings effortlessly, and uses AI companions for note-taking. The new Zoom hub is amazing, and hosting webinars is straightforward and seamless. Zoom is an excellent tool for collaboration and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the implementation of channels and documents in Zoom Workplace isn't taking off, with a clear preference amongst users, including myself, toward platforms like Google and Slack for these functionalities. Additionally, Zoom's free tier is less competitive compared to those of other services. I wish Zoom and Slack would get married.

Zoom enables essential meetings across geographies, supports webinar management, sharing recordings, and an AI companion for note-taking, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
End to End encryption is the most safe and secure feature of this platform. Real time messaging and Collaborative Whiteboarding with high definition video and audio is just amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated virtual backgrounds , freezing screen and inefficiencies .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time audio and video in a virtual classroom , where lots of students can connect and teacher can teach them . I take online classes of economics for class 10th as a side income
Best meetings platform for remote setup start-up
What do you like best about the product?
The one thin i like most about zoom workplace is whenever I go attend any meeting, i don't need to think of carrying a notebook or any third party notes taker. It has the recordings, summaries of the meeting and I can share the meetings with my team so that they can refer it to. Overall, it's a complete package and very good. The support team is really fast as well

So far so good. My team is well satisfied with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing meeting notes instantly to the clients and helped me share the MOM very quickly which is significantly increased our SLA. I can share meeting videos with my team members for references and instant meetings and chats. The platform is more convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is really easy to use without any clutter. Based on your role, you get the right set of rights and features for the meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is sometimes a bit buggy while connecting via mobile (through Chrome)

I work with remote teams across the globe. Zoom helps me collaborate with these teams, host events, maintain daily sync-up meetings, and much more. This makes sure that the remote working environment does not limit my productivity and collaboration.

I love this platform for its robust features. It have almost everything needed for effective and efficient communication during a video conferencing or important meeting.

I love almost everything about this application. I wish there was simultaneous rooms that can be accessed with a single tap. Which might enable back to back meetings.

Zoom workplace have solved most of the online meeting requirements with clients as well as with co workers.

it is easy to use, and easy to gather all co-workers. it helps promote workflow in the workplace. Zoom workplace can also be used frequently and has good customer support with any complications.

sometimes there has been disruptions in the communication aspect.

It is solving the problem of being able to communicate with all staff conveniently. If there is a staff meeting posted, staff no longer has to come to work in person for meeting. we can meet on zoom workplace.

Certain things seem restricted by higher pricing tiers, and it is simple to outgrow the starting one. Chat is rather limited and would not be suitable in the context of constant team communication.

Zoom is time-saving since it simplifies our communications methods. The integration with the calendar, cloud recordings, and AI-generation of summaries can assist during meeting preparation and follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use. You can quickly join meetings, share your screen, and talk to your team, even if they are far away. The video and sound are usually clear, and it works well for both small and large meetings. It also has helpful tools like chat, breakout rooms, and recording, which make working together easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes use a lot of computer memory and slow things down, especially on older devices. Also, if your internet connection is weak, the video and audio quality can drop. Some features can be a bit hard to find or understand for new users, and updates happen often, which can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of working and communicating with people who are not in the same place. It makes it easy to have meetings, share ideas, and work together from anywhere. This helps save time and money because you don’t have to travel. It also makes teamwork easier, even if people are in different cities or countries. For me, it helps me stay connected with my team, join meetings quickly, and get work done without needing to be in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease in linking the meeting to Google calendar. Record video, especially cloud recording is very helpful. Easy to integrate with apps like slack and the customer support is quick to solve any bugs. It is very user friendly hence it can be easily implemented and used frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting the app is sometime slow and it keeps loading when trying to sign in from different device. Lots of updates in short period of time is overwhelming.

It is very useful for mass webinar, the tools are easy to use.
