What do you like best about the product?
One can exchange ideas well and share content. It is good collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to share only parts of a screen sometimes. I haven't found that yet.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use, I can attend online trainings and online meetings using zoom call which is soo convenient when my group of colleagues are abroad or in different place. I use zoom quite frequently. lots of features are available on zoom. it is very easy to implement zoom in every environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much things I dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I attend online classes from other countries and also call my friends on group call very efficiently.
The best ever video conferencing tool i ever used called Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The most liked thing about zoom workplace is easy to use and customized as per your need. As using zoom from last 7 years I never face much issues with the platform for sticking while doing the webinars and working on the platform. The customer support is little tricky on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most disliked thing about Zoom is its limitations. When I want to do a webinar for more than 1 lakh people, then I have to dothe webinar again because they have some limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many problems while working on Zoom, like- If I want to hire a candidate,e then this video conferencing platform is very easy to use and do the meetings instantly by one click. If we have to do any webinar, then this platform is easy to integrate with any of the tool where we want to export/import the data from one platfvrom to another platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a highly stable and user-friendly platform for virtual meetings. The audio and video quality are excellent, even with moderate internet connections. I particularly appreciate features like meeting recordings, virtual backgrounds, screen sharing, and breakout rooms for small group discussions. Calendar integration with Google Calendar and Outlook makes scheduling and joining meetings effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom consumes a significant amount of computer resources, especially when using virtual backgrounds without a green screen. Additionally, the whiteboard feature could be more intuitive and include more advanced collaboration tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of maintaining effective and seamless communication across distributed teams and with external clients. It allows us to organize virtual meetings, workshops, and presentations without the need for physical presence, saving travel time and reducing operational costs.
The platform also helps ensure continuity in projects and decision-making, improves team alignment, and enables real-time collaboration regardless of location. This flexibility has been critical for keeping our productivity high while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are excellent, even with large groups. I also value the set of collaboration features, like breakout rooms, whiteboards, polls, and real-time chat—all within one platform.

Certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans. Integration with non-Zoom tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is possible, but not always seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how stable Zoom is during long workshops. I can share my screen, use breakout rooms, and interact with participants without problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom uses a lot of memory and battery on my laptop, especially during long meetings.

Zoom helps me connect with participants and students in different locations. It makes it easy to host live workshops, share materials, and interact in real time. I save time and money by working online.
Zoom Meeting Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. A lot of customization are fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just noticed that compare to MS Teams, Zoom takes time to load the video recording and takes a while before it gets completed for you to access. Unlike with Teams we can get the recording in just a few mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses Zoom for all our Client meetings as most of the clients around the globe uses Zoom rather than other platform. Using Zoom is easier for us to connect with other clients around the globe.
Zoom Makes Remote Work Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom to be much more user friendly than many other virtual platforms. The new features, such as AI generated summaries and continuous chat, make meetings more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in time on free meetings. - We need to pay for unlimited meetings, but worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it has been positive. The fact that it has so many built in features to adjust your screen settings, background, and it lets you preview your screen before going live. These are all nice enhancements and the chat button is a life saver when a trouble shooting issues with a patient unmuting or figuring out their camera or audio.

Zoom's quality of background is great and accurate - the speaker can be cut out without weird blurs.
Zoom's interactive features are vast and work well for in-app use and improve engagement. I also like the newer addition where you can make certain gestures and it picks up the emoji.
It's pretty user friendly and straigth-forward, and easy to join with a click. I also like how you can automatically set how you join and the background you use.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have both personal and enterprise accounts, it can get a little frustrating to toggle between the two. It's also frustrating that you can't include multiple calendars (e.g. 4 work Google calendars, 2 Outlook, etc.). I sometimes can't see my meetings if I'm not logged on the right account and the backgrounds don't transfer.

Zoom allows private conversations with high quality to take place. I like the password feature to add an added security layer.
