ZooM - A Virtual Conference Hall
What do you like best about the product?
The thing which I like in this is Workplace because its AI assistant, called AI Companion, helps me get more done. It summarizes meetings and chats and even help me write things like emails or ideas on whiteboards. This saves a lot of time and makes My working easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only things which I don't like is Workplace's strict meeting limits, and how its expanding features can make it feel cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves communication fragmentation by unifying video, chat, phone, whiteboards, and documents into one platform. This benefits me by saving time from switching apps and making me more efficient.

Reliable audio and video Quality: still the best

Free plan limitations: need paid plans to even test the product for more than 40 min

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers clear audio and video. Also it offers whiteboard and screen sharing features which helpful in my online sessions very well .We just connect to zoom by using simple link.

only one think i don't like is it's limit up to only 40 min in group calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom help me to attend interviews and online classes at home, the quality of video is very clear and i can also share my screen whenever i have presentations so easily. Overall zoom saves time and done work smoothly.
Clunky Experience and Too Many Bugs-Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I really wanted to like Zoom Workplace, especially after using Zoom Meetings for years, but the overall experience has been underwhelming. The interface feels cluttered, and simple tasks like finding shared files or switching between chats and meetings are not intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent lags and glitches, especially during screen sharing or when using integrated whiteboards. Notifications are inconsistent sometimes they pop up hours later. The worst part is how often the app crashes or freezes when switching between desktop and mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While it’s not perfect, having everything in one place does cut down on app fatigue and makes it easier to stay organized during busy workdays.
Reliable, feature-rich platform for the seamless virtual meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace stands out for its consistent performance, even with large meetings. The UI is intuitive, and the platform offers robust features like breakout rooms, live transcription, and seamless screen sharing. The Zoom scheduler and calendar integration make meeting planning simple and efficient. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, especially in high-demand times or priority times. We rely on Zoom daily for meetings, webinars, and team collaboration, making it a daily part of life. Zoom integrates smoothly with Google Workspace, Slack, and Teams. Also, its deployment across teams was quick and seamless minimal setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can feel slightly bloated with features that are not always relevant for every user. The webinar pricing model can be on the higher side for small teams, and occasional connection issues can arise in low-bandwidth environments.

Zoom workplace has solved our communications and collaboration challenges in a hybrid work environment by providing a reliable, scalable platform for video meetings, webinars, and team collaboration, helping us stay connected, productive, and efficient regardless of location.

Its done my collaboration clearly in remote work and meetings.video conference is very effective my daily freelance job

When many slides open same time it become bit slow. Mobile version is limited than desktop version i think, when hosting meetings

Zoom - Gold Standard for Meetings and Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI. Seamless connectivity via phone or tablet or laptops. One of the few apps, where I have not experienced any bugs for the past 6 years.
Recordings are easy to access.
Integrations with Calendar and M365 makes it seamless to utilize.
All these reasons, makes me always keep using Zoom instead of Teams or Google Meet. Especially, if you have attended teams or google meet meeting, you want to come back again and again, and always use Zoom.
Setting up Zoom is also one of the easiest to do so.
Recordings are easy to access.

AI recording and transcription could be better.
I have used Gong, Fireflies, Otter.ai, Fathom Notetaker, and a few other free tools as well.
They have a long way to go in terms of summarizing and transcribing the call. If we can customize it better, it will be easier for me to copy and paste as call or demo notes on my CRM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, timings, recordings, and transcribing these calls is one less headache for me as an Account Executive.
This not only feels seamless, it feels natural like breathing and is one less of a chore in my busy day.

At times there is network glitch but very rare

1. Zoom is good for client meeting. Especially you can record the conversation.

You cannot join a started meeting immediately. The Organizer of the meeting needs to send you the link before you can join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current position, our company uses zoom mainly for meetings. It benefits us because its easy to use for us employees and clients.
