Zoom workspace is my preferred video call platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some other platforms that ive used that were similar, Zoom Workspace is smooth and doesn't slow down the rest of my work. It's simple to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not so easy to move from one account to another. I think there could be an easier way to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workspace is sloving the need for me to do client calls on zoom (rather than in person) while being smooth and not getting stuck with integration/ internet connections. Opten if I use other platforms - then if everything else on my computer slows down, but not with zoom workspace. Additionally, the note taking AI is really helpful and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I love most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it makes everything. I don’t have to stress about figuring things out, it just works. Whether I’m hopping on a quick call, sharing my screen, or using the chat to keep up with teammates, it all feels really smooth and natural. I also like that it doesn’t get glitchy, even when my Wi-Fi isn’t perfect. Did I mention the breakout rooms? The breakout rooms are an absolute game-changer for group work. It just makes staying connected with people feel simple and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I really enjoy using Zoom Workplace, but there are a couple of things that could be even better. Sometimes the number of features and updates can feel a little overwhelming when I just want to stick to the basics for a quick meeting. It would be nice if there were a simpler “minimal view” option for those moments. Also, when updates change where certain settings are, it can take a little time to adjust. That said, I do appreciate how Zoom keeps improving and adding tools; it shows they’re listening to users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Zoom Workplace solves the problem of feeling disconnected when I’m not physically with people. It makes it so easy to jump on a video call, share my screen, or even just send a quick chat without needing a bunch of separate apps. I love that I can collaborate with others, brainstorm in real time, or catch up face-to-face no matter where we are. It’s really helped me stay in the loop and feel like part of the team, even when working remotely.

Sometime caption options are not much user friendly to select or remove.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its strong focus on privacy and security. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my meetings, messages, and files are protected, especially when working with sensitive information.

Sometimes it lags or takes a while to load, especially when switching between tools.

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of scattered communication and collaboration tools. Instead of juggling between different apps for meetings, messaging, file sharing, and task management, everything is integrated into one platform. This really streamlines my workflow, saves time, and makes it easier to stay organized and connected with my team — especially when working remotely.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the webinar video recording. I feel that the recording could have turned out better. Ideally, there should be some options available to edit or enhance the video to improve its overall quality and presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to suggest that the video recordings of Zoom Workplace webinars or meetings could be presented in a more polished and professional manner. This would make it easier for us to share the videos with others or post them on social media platforms effectively.

It is not the first tool that comes to mind for collaboration. I still think the reputation as a meetings tool remains.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate several key features of Zoom Workplace. First, it allows me to host meetings with a large number of participants efficiently. The high-quality video and audio connection ensures clear communication. Additionally, the scheduling capabilities make it easy to plan and organize meetings in advance. The virtual whiteboard and annotation tools are particularly useful for collaborative work and providing visual feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the free tier limitations quite restrictive for my needs. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, upgrading to a paid plan is currently not an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace effectively solves the problem of distance and time zone differences by enabling seamless virtual meetings. This has greatly benefited me by allowing me to connect with colleagues and clients from anywhere in the world without the need for travel.

Zoom's free plan has become more restrictive over time, with shorter meeting limits and fewer collaboration features available.
On older or low-spec devices, Zoom Workplace can be resource-heavy, slowing down performance or causing lag, especially during multitasking with video + other tools like whiteboard.
