User-Friendly with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is very user-friendly, which makes it easy to use for online classes and trainings. The red 'follow the dot' option is also very useful when presenting, as it helps follow the speaker's thought process and understand what they are pointing to. I also enjoy the ease of breakout rooms for groups to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when annotating on the screen how everyone can overlap each other and on smaller screens this happens often. I also don't like how when groups are in breakout rooms I can't share a screen for everyone to follow along to. I also don't like how I can't send files to everyone when everyone is in a breakout room. when I create breakout rooms it also doesn't shuffle all the people. it might just move one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows for virtual meetings when everyone can't be in the same physical location. It's user-friendly with a helpful follow-the-dot feature for presentations, making it easy to follow the speaker's thought process.
Effortless Meetings, Occasional Update Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy usability of Zoom Workplace. I appreciate that it organizes all my meetings per day, and I'm able to access them very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes there's just too many updates that go on. I've had instances where it does an update and then that kinda just interrupts everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings, chatting with coworkers, and it solves the problem of having a place to communicate with my coworkers, call members and volunteers.

What do you like best about the product?
Joining a call in Zoom Workplace feels very good and the app downloads well from the Play Store. Creating an account here is also nice and I can easily add my friends. The best part is that the account opens very smoothly and there are no issues with it.

The camera quality of Zoom Workplace is not good. Calls drop frequently and the app downloads very slowly. The quality in video calls does not seem good.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom is its reliability and scalability. It delivers good performance even with a large number of participants. Zoom is also strong in ease of development and administration, which makes it straightforward to manage.

One of my main dislikes about Zoom is its resource consumption. On lower-end systems, Zoom can use a significant amount of CPU and memory, which may affect performance during long meetings or heavier sessions.

I consider Zoom Workplace to be a very good application because it allows you to connect with a maximum number of people. It seems good for the aim. It is very easy and setting it up is also very easy.

Seamless for Meetings, Needs Video Quality Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like the smooth sound quality that Zoom Workplace provides. The screen sharing feature is valuable for my office work, as I often use it to share my screen with team members to discuss tasks. I appreciate the admin dashboard being clean and well-organized, and user provisioning is straightforward via email, CSV, or directory sync. The policies feature is nice since it's toggle-based, allowing easy management of recording, security, chat, and AI features. It also works well with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools.

I am facing video quality and lag problems with Zoom Workplace.

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and conversations in my office work, and I really appreciate the smooth sound quality and the screen sharing feature, which helps me explain tasks to my team.
Excellent Quality, But Complex Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because its camera and mic quality are really high compared to other apps like Google Meet. The camera and voice are very nice, which is why I prefer using Zoom. It's also very easy to set up since I just have to sign in with my Gmail ID.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface of Zoom Workplace should be improved because it's very complex. Whenever I want to share my screen, I don't see the screen share option.

I use Zoom Workplace to connect to classes and discussions because my college is far from my hostel. It's beneficial for maintaining communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and very intuitive. Additionally, it can be used on any device, which makes it even more practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the only thing I think they could improve on is the capacity, as it gets a bit stuck when there are many people in a meeting.
