Efficient for Meetings, Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and meeting minutes. It helps me run virtual meetings efficiently. I find it's easy for everyone to manage, and the meeting summary works very well. The ability to get actionable items from meetings without shifting my focus to taking notes is a big plus. I really like how it works overall. The initial setup was pretty straightforward too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it would be good to allow to change the host before connecting to the meeting

I use Zoom Workplace to run virtual meetings efficiently. It's easy for everyone to manage, and the meeting summary helps me get the actionable items without losing focus by taking notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient, professional, easy to use, many features, SBA/HIPAA compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation is at times difficult. It sometimes takes a long time for the app to come up.

I am a physician and frequently perform televisits (e.g., for medication management, routine follow-ups)
Improved Communication with Clear Audio
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace great for resolving communication problems. I really appreciate the microphone feature because it ensures a clear voice, which makes communication better. The platform is also easier for people outside the company to access. Additionally, I think the setup process is easy, which made transitioning to Zoom Workplace smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe in the projection and implementation on videos in the app.

Zoom Workplace solves communications problems with clear voice features that enhance meetings. It's better for connecting with people outside the company.
Quick Meeting Scheduling with Helpful AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easier to schedule quick meetings, and I like that there’s an AI summary afterward. The in-meeting chat also stays there, so I can refer back to it later.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I can think of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time to schedule quick meetings, I can start the meeting right from slack qith the desired participants. Other things like AI summary, video features are bonus I would say!
User-Friendly with Essential Communication Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use and operate for myself and older patients. The chat and messaging features, along with the translation services, are particularly valuable to me. I also enjoy being able to share my screen quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Zoom Workplace lags when the internet isn't great. I also wish switching to a hotspot was easier because it currently disconnects me completely from the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for setting up conferences with patients, making video chatting easy for assessing mobility/pain issues, and it’s easy for older patients to operate.

I like how easy it is to use and how it keeps everything—meetings, chat, and collaboration in one place

Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are too many features in one place

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, messaging, and file sharing into one platform. This benefits me by saving time and making it easier to stay connected and organized.

Professional & Personable!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom since I had to transition fully online as a high school science teacher with my students. Ever since then, I have appreciated how Zoom has changed and refined to keep up with the demands. I now use Zoom Workplace for meetings with my clients through my e-Commerce/Retail business. I host meetings every month and the quality of the sound, video, and many other features allows me to be professional and personable at the same time!

I can't pinpoint something I don't like. I've had a great experience with Zoom for many years. I recommend it over other video chat/business platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is communicating with others at a distance from you and making a real connection. However, Zoom solves this issue by bridging the gap with high quality video calls and conferencing. It's the most popular and innovative platform and most people have used it before. Therefore, it is the easiest to utilize with my clients.

Easy, Intuitive, and Practical Across Phone, Tablet, and PC
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use and very intuitive. I use it for work and for my church meetings, and it’s very practical—especially because I can have it on my phone, tablet, and PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the transcription in a language other than English isn’t very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely, and my church is also a worldwide organization, so it helps me communicate better with people.
