Intuitive, High-Quality Meetings with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace really good software for online meetings, classes, and more. It solves the problem of long-distance communication, making it easy to interact with someone physically unavailable. I particularly like the best video and audio quality and how the user interface is clean and easy to use, even for someone new to the application. The initial setup was very easy, and I haven't encountered any issues with Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to get more interesting features regarding AI. The voice assistant features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to connect with someone far away, providing excellent video and audio quality and a clean user interface.
A Reliable Remote Team Hub for Time Tracking and Transparent Hiring
What do you like best about the product?
I’m actually currently using it, and our team relies on it as a central hub since we all work remotely. Growing a company while working remotely isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to potential new hires. We use it to track hours and to help keep the vetting process for new hires honest and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don’t really have any downsides. We’ve all been very happy with Zoom; the only drawback I can think of is that the pricing is a tad high. These days it feels like you have to pay premium prices to do anything, and while I could use the free version of Zoom, the time limit makes it pretty limiting and not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run our marketing business remotely with quick check-ins has been really helpful. People can pop into rooms to see how things are going without having to dial in by phone, which makes communication feel more natural. It also helps keep everyone honest about the time and effort they’re putting into their work. I also just hired someone for the first time ever, which was super exciting! I was able to train them completely through Zoom!
Excellent Sound and Picture Quality in Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sound quality and picture quality of Zoom Workplace. I also like the functionality that lets me chat with the people I’m in meetings with and drop files in the chat. Another thing I appreciate is its integration with other tools like Microsoft 365. Overall, it’s easy to set up and join a meeting in Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I open Zoom in my browser, and then later the app version opens too. At that point I end up in two meetings at once, which can be pretty inconvenient sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the physical location barrier that comes with working with people from all around the world. It lets me communicate faster, more clearly, and securely. Now I can talk to and conduct business with someone in the Netherlands or China, or anywhere else around the world for that matter.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is reliable, easy to use, and brings meetings, chat, and collaboration into one seamless platform. The audio and video quality are consistently strong, even with large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional updates can slightly change settings or layouts, which takes a moment to adjust to, but overall it remains very user-friendly.

Zoom Workplace solves communication and collaboration challenges by allowing teams to connect instantly regardless of location. This improves efficiency, reduces delays, and makes meetings, training, and day-to-day communication more productive.
Zoom worksplace: Easy to Implement, Great Collaboration with Strong Audio/Video
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom worksplace is a great collaboration tool. You can have online meetings with large number of persons and the video and audio quality is very good. It is easy to implement on each person's computer and they can start working on it right away. It does not need any specific training and can be used daily for any work collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the screens, such as the participants window, aren’t easy to resize. The host and co-host also can’t share screens at the same time, or jointly control a shared screen. In addition, the interface isn’t customizable enough to let me change or rearrange the on-screen buttons as needed, and some reaction buttons are buried inside other menus instead of being readily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a solid collaboration tool that lets me have video and audio discussions with my team and clients. It removes the need to travel to different locations just to schedule a meeting, which saves a lot on travel costs and also saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Zoom Workplace for interactive meetings with coders. It allows for interaction and has a great question forum. I also like the custom AI companion that can understand documents, which saves me time by reading several file types that might be relevant to a meeting. It also lets me add my own words or terms, which is super handy. Plus, the initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the one time pass codes with a time limit on hosts. A host should have at least 20-30 minutes in order to set up the meeting and prepare for others instead of only 10 minutes. Not enough time.

I use Zoom Workplace for interactive meetings, providing a great forum for questions. The custom AI companion saves time by reading various file types for meetings and lets me add my own terms.

What do you dislike about the product?
The virtual background feature on the Zoom platform is not working on my Samsung Galaxy A356E/DS, even though this is a premium phone. Despite trying, I have not been able to get the virtual background to function.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is that, while it lets us work from anywhere, I often find that meetings held outside the office—such as at home—come with more distractions. It’s also much more difficult to read social cues over a video call compared to being in person. Additionally, the app itself can sometimes be glitchy.

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to set up meetings and enables remote employees to join calls and collaborate effectively. it also solves our Siloed Communication problem along with no need for tedious task involved with setting up meetings. All that greatly benefits us by the flexibility of the app, better collaboration between our teams, and increased our productivity during meetings
