What do you like best about the product?
It is very handy to use, I am a frequent user of it, I like the many features like workflows whiteboard, notes clips etc

Zoom Workplace helps my team stay connected with remote work. I like the AI tools that summaries our meetings and action items saving us a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one Software, puts reminders for every meeting, and can set do-to list and have a whiteboard. These features help me to remember the critical things and to stay up-to-date. It is easy to use and can be integrated with other apps for videos and presentations. It can be used on a daily basis without any disruptions.

Data consumption is high and takes time in joining.

I like that zoom links with microsoft outlook. When I create a meeting, outlook automatically opens a calendar invite.

There isn't a tutorial about how to use AI with zoom as far as I can see.

It's solving transcribing the meeting. It benefits me so that I don't have to worry about taking notes while I meet with people.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how everything is integrated in one place. From video meetings and chat to whiteboards, email, and calendar — it keeps my work organized and easy to manage. It’s a reliable, all-in-one tool that helps me stay productive and connected with my team, whether I’m working remotely or on the go.

While Zoom Workplace is powerful and convenient, it can feel overwhelming at first — especially with so many integrated features. The interface takes some time to get used to, and setting up AI tools or managing settings can be a bit technical for new users. Occasionally, notifications and alerts feel a bit too frequent, which can interrupt focus. That said, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate and customize.

Instead of juggling different apps for meetings, messages, calendars, and docs — everything’s finally in one place. The AI meeting summaries are a lifesaver (no more scrambling for notes!), and it keeps my workflow super smooth.

Zoom have many options to connect with others, is easy, friendly, speed and I like the platform, because you can share your opinion with a lot or some people, is easy to express yourself and use it for long or short conferences or events.

Excellent experience, the support is very bad
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, video quality, the functionality of being able to make phone calls and have an IVR in the cloud. We use it daily and continuously as it operates our cloud switchboard. The implementation is not the easiest but it's not impossible either, suitable for people with an intermediate level. The integrations it has are not many but the few that exist work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacting their support is a nightmare. It's difficult to get a human to respond, and they intend to resolve everything through their knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps us work quickly, easily, and remotely in a single tool: Video calls, phone calls, instant messaging. It has more features, but I think instead of developing more and trying to cover everything, they should focus on being the best at what they already have.
Better than other video call tools
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, reliable, and a clean UI. I have used other tools like Slack, MS Teams, and TeamViewer, and Zoom is by far and away the most intuitive. Other tools, especially browser based, are difficult to navigate.

Being an end user, I don't have many things that I don't like about Zoom. I would be making something up as I primarily use Zoom for video calls, which is their strength.

Being in sales, I use Zoom daily to communicate with potential customers and my teammates.
