Best meeting and webinar platform
What do you like best about the product?
We are using since a very long time, the ai features for making meeting notes make life easy while you can keep the meeting notes work on it later one of the another feature which zoom rooms in which we can have multiple rooms whenever we required we can connect with any of the person in our team. It is very easy to use as well. We use on a daily basis to conduct meeting and weekly webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously since now I dont find anything which I dislike apart from the pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves all the problem for having the meeting with the clients it gives you multiple benefits like having the notes while having the meeting different rooms are there in which the support team can connect with the tech anytime sharing the screen quickly saves the time and resolves the doubts as well.

Crystal clear voice over call, live transcription, non existent call drops and ability to switch between devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good app for metting with colleagues. I used zoom from the last 3.5 yrs when I was in Byjus. Every meeting was scheduled in zoom. And currently in Airtel, I used this app for metting with my colleague, senior and higher authorities.

Basically from my prospective there is no any app in Market that provide easy to use video conferencing app. When it came to meeting, no one provide security. I think if you are fear about data leak during video conferencing then I must say use zoom . Zoom is revolutionise in the video conferencing app.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using zoom workplace because accessing it through my email makes things a thousand times easier in my already super busy day. I don't have to worry about pop ups or misguidance I am immediately invited and tapped in. It's as simple as two clicks. I also like that you have the options for audio and visuals. The buttons are clear and not difficult to find. Zoom workplace is always at the top of my list. I use it quite often for quick calls or meetings and it's easy to implement into my calendar and access when I need it. It's doesn't take a lot of space on my phone or computer and that's also important. I haven't had to access customer support because downloading it was easy, and you don't even need a log in. As long as you have an invite it's just a couple of clicks.

I haven't found any thing negative to say about zoom workplace. It's been a pleasure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace has allowed me to learn and follow along during meetings. Screen sharing is a great tool that has helped during training meetings and it's easily accessible. I haven't had any trouble logging on to meetings or trainings or sharing my screen.

Amazing application for online classes
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom during the pandemic, and since then, I've been using it to conduct my online classes. Even during heavy rainfall, when schools remain closed, I could conduct online classes for my students with Zoom. It is very user-friendly and has multiple options for teachers to conduct classes, such as discussions, play games, whiteboard, screensharing, etc. You can also create a recurring meeting. So, during the 2 years of the pandemic, I have used Zoom for online classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the network fluctuates during the Zoom meeting, it gets disconnected.

When schools are closed due to heavy rainfall, zoom helps to conduct online classes. Its intuitive interface is easy enough for even kids to handle. It can also be used in moblie phones if anyone doesnot not have laptop or computer.
