Best conferencing solution
What do you like best about the product?
It has the best interface and functionality of any solution out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are glitches at times requiring me to put in credentials multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for meetings and collaboration even if we aren’t in the same area.
It's a great platform but the free version could do use some upgrades
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with all other apps and allows for ease of screen sharing and explaining and walking clients through their own screens with the doodle feature. I use this feature almost on all of my calls with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could improve and the fact that the free version only allows me 45 minutes of meeting at a time (which would be totally fine if I didn't have to wait 10 minutes in between meetings). I understand that this is to get you to purchase the paid plan but I find it a bit sleazy

it allows me to highlight exactly where the person needs to click and what steps to follow when on tech support

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is clean and easy to use. Also, the calling feature is of high quality, and there are multiple customizations that we can use while presenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everything looks good and easy to use.

The latency delay and better voice quality which presenatation.
Reliable, Intuitive, and Constantly Evolving Collaboration Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom just works : calls are super stable even when my internet isn’t. It’s become more than just a meeting tool now. We use the whiteboard for brainstorming, chat for quick updates, and the calendar integrations help keep everything in sync. Breakout rooms and live transcription are really helpful for bigger sessions too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit heavy on the system sometimes, especially if I have other tools open. Also, Zoom Chat is decent but not as slick or fast as Slack, so we still use Slack for day-to-day convos. Some features are hard to find unless you go digging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps cut down on back-and-forth emails by making it easier to hop on quick calls or chats. It’s especially useful for remote teams - everyone stays aligned without needing to be in the same room. Also, features like recording and transcription help when someone misses a meeting or needs to revisit what was discussed.

The ease of using the system - somewhat intuitive. Love the AI note taking feature

Screen sharing could be better. Find it difficult when Zooming off of just my laptop.

My main dislike about Zoom Workplace is its tiered pricing structure, where many advanced or large-scale features (like extensive cloud recording or higher participant limits) require costly add-ons or higher plans, which can quickly become expensive for growing or enterprise-level teams.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of communication and collaboration fragmentation by unifying meetings, chat, phone, and productivity tools (like Docs and Whiteboard) into one AI-powered platform. This benefits me by reducing app-switching, streamlining workflows, and boosting overall efficiency through integrated AI assistance.

It just works. There are other tools out there, but they are not as simple as Zoom.

When they make changes, it can be frustrating to find where thing are.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a main and easy way to connect with the people and also we can connect with people where ever we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes we cant able to text to the candidate because of some technical issue. other than that zoom is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main work is with zoom only so I connect with various people and solving so many problems via zoom and it benefiting our releationship better with people
