What do you like best about the product?
Its seamless integration of video meetings, chat, voice is clear and It makes team communication smoother, keeps everything organized, and helps reduce the need to switch between multiple apps.

Nothing as such because whenever I have used zoom my experience is always good

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of fragmented communication and collaboration by bringing video meetings, chat, calendar, file sharing, and productivity tools into one unified platform. This helps reduce the need to switch between multiple apps, improves team coordination, and saves time. For me, it means smoother workflows, quicker decision-making, and better engagement with my team—especially in a remote or hybrid work setup.

It also allows you to chat, share files, and react with emojis during meetings. Zoom works smoothly even with large groups and performs well on phones, tablets, and computers, making it one of the most reliable and user-friendly video conferencing tools available.

Frequent updates on Zoom can sometimes be confusing for users who are not very familiar with technology, as the layout or features may change suddenly. The built-in whiteboard and chat tools are quite basic and may not offer enough options for users who need advanced collaboration features. Managing breakout rooms can also become challenging in large meetings, especially when there are many participants to organize or move between rooms. Additionally, hosts may find it time-consuming to monitor all rooms and ensure smooth communication. While these issues don’t affect the core performance, they can make the experience a bit difficult for some users.

The most annoying about Zoom is its clumsy and old interface and the meeting workplace also lags in various moments. Apart from that, it also feels that sometimes, the platform faces some glitches.

Recently Zoom is working on its AI model to enhance it and according to me, it will a game changer for the platform as it will eradicate the inefficiencies that the platform is facing today.
