What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to communicate internally and externally. I like the features that make it easy to host large or small groups and have control over permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have heard there was a feature coming that enabled you to not see yourself during a meeting. That would be great because seeing oneself is very distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proliferation of remote work. Having an easy-to-use solution makes the new work environment the most functional it can be.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom to work with the public, and it's easy to share a link and get people on a call even if they aren't great with computers. I feel like this is easier with Zoom than other software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more security settings out of the box. We had a program get zoom bombed, and to truly fix the issue, we needed to upgrade to the webinar setting. That's expensive for a public entity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects us with our patrons who aren't able to get into our building.

What do you like best about the product?
Stable, reliable, and does a good job. Great recording. Good for 1:1 and small group experiences. Straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Order of video thumbnail: when the thumbnails move around as people show/hide video, and it's hard to remember who spoke or who's next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling a steady virtual experience with my coaching clients. Despite not being in person, the conversations over Zoom can still be intimate and smooth. It allowed me to explore new avenues for meeting my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed me to finish my Masters degree and continue seeing clients at my job site through COVID. It has many features (chat, breakout room, passwords, safety features) that have allowed to keep meetings safe as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is when sharing the screen, it is hard to look at the chat/participants without making it obvious to the entire group. It would be nice to have a separate screen (if we chose to have it) to have that chat open without causing a disturbance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to continue seeing clients, meet with our work team, and meet with national team members as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that zoom allows for cross-form video conferencing and manages the data transmissions well. In addition I love the ability to easily share screens and chat during a conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a few more options for the free tier experience. I think specifically the time should be upped to one hour for up to three folks connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to host small group events with older folks who are keeping safe by staying at home has been the biggest problem solver. Having the ability to still visually check in with technology that is accessible to senior folks is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good because everyone has it and knows how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I now have to pay for using it for 45 minutes at a time due to the 40 minute arbitrary time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need an online platform to offer services on. It helps me stay in contact with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently use zoom to connect with vendors warehouses and customers around the country. During Covid it has made communication so much easier to commuicate. Compares to other programs we have used Zoom is the easiest and more efficient by far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our zoom room went out and has to be manually reset as it was showing a second computer but it was fixed rather easily by our IT group. I would make sure the steps are easier to locate when zoom room needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 16 warehouses and 100s of vendors across the country, we have been able to problem solve and discuss what we are expecting to see moving forward with the current state.

What do you like best about the product?
The sound share is a tool I use all the time and it works great. I don't normally experience any issues in screen and sound sharing.
It is much easier to set up than Microsoft teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Membership can be a bit pricey, but at the end of the day it is worth it if you use it on a daily basis.
I would suggest discount for paying members after one year or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group tutoring sessions works great, I am tutoring mainly online groups now and it has solved many logistic problem like showing videos, audios and my screen in general.

What do you like best about the product?
Features such as chat, reactions, whiteboard, breakout rooms, share screen, gallery view of participants, number of participants visible, ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with an upgrade features change or disappear and there isn't always an easy fix. For example, when I forward a powerpoint slide (I use 2 screens) I lose the view of my participants. I have reached out for a solution with no luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added the 'call me' feature for participants logging in. I wish it weren't quite so costly though.
