Best video meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom had allowed me not only to continue working throughout the pandemic but also to allow my business to thrive. As a classical musician who teaches a full studio of students, Zoom has gotten better and better at allowing high quality lessons to continue. As the souund options have increased, high quality music is able to flow across the country between my students and me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see even more options for musicians, perhaps the ability to make music together overZoom, rather than needing a separate platform for that. I also wish it was a little easier to send invites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has gotten better about things like the high fidelity music mode and offering greater viewing options. I've really appreciated this as it's made work far more enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for my business from Zoom is the breakout room feature. It allows my students the interact with each other.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is nothing. Zoom always works very well for me and what I need to use it for. I think that Zoom could maybe lower the price just a little bit lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of me and my business being able to have a classroom setting with multiple students and being able to break down the students into breakout rooms for student interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options to chat, as well as the other features like reactions and raising hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the downsides, I wish there were more options to interact (i.e., other things similar to the Whiteboard)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to navigate exactly what I need for my business to host trainings and record the trainings that I host so participants can view later than the actual date.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing user experience, helpful tools and always a great connection
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 minute time limit with the free account is annoying. Upgrading to the unlimited for $20 a month is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a seamless user experience is absolutely necessary. Sometimes work calls can be frustrating based on topics discussed an appraiser experience only adds to that frustration

What do you like best about the product?
I like using zoom vs phone conference or another platform because it's easy to access across multiple platforms, it's better than a phone conference because there aren't people talking over each other

Everything is working good. I haven't had any problems with connectivity, sound or outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with customers and vendors alike without the expense of traveling
Great platform for online gatherings
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, confidential options for conferencing and gathering in breakout groups. I also appreciate that end users don't need to purchase the software to join our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for professional option is too high for a nonprofit organization. It's also frustrating that the app doesn't do an auto update on my computer, so if I don't use it for a bit it won't log right into the meeting and instead has to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting only meetings--both during COVID and when attendees are unable to gather in person. It allows us to gather as teams and committees to improve continuity of business.

Another option for connecting for people who are not technically inclined

Allowing connections when the country is so disconnected and so fearful of getting together in groups.
A Modern Essential for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use on both sides of the video call. The chat, custom backgrounds and screen share help us stay focused on the conversation at hand. And Zoom is so versatile. It's easy to create and save recordings for making lessons and meeting records. Zoom integrates with every relevant tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use Zoom with more tools and in more places.

What do you like best about the product?
i can see call people and train them and see them and hear them and mute them and blur or use a totally new and different background to make it look like I'm in an office or outside and blur my skin to make it look better
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the background doesn't work like it doesn't load and since i work from my room I need to have the background be something else not blurred or showing the real background

i don't know what they're solving, if they told me then i would know and how it even will benefit my life but because they haven't then i don't know what problems
A reliable source for video meetings of all kinds!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Quality video connection that I can consistently rely on and tne versatility of various features that allows me to expand when it calls for in regards to my business purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes at all, but I do wish the recording storage was a little bigger. I also wish a few of the integrations were easier to integrate into my other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to faciliate m the many classes, meetings, etc that I have while also providing recorded content that I can offer to my clients on a long-term basis.
