What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and there are so many easy to access help tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency at which we specifically need to access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the communication gap of time zones and allows all participants to engage at a scheduled time.
Useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the screensharing, the ability how it connects different individuals to work together for the greater good of our institution. We collaborate, and see things best through zoom. Zoom works fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zoom has connectivity issues, or is easily impacted by connectivity or people struggle using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often work on zoom together to resolve issues that are inter-departmental, issues that include multiple people and then we work on managing the gaps. Additionally, we find zoom to be beneficial for our weekly team meetings.

Zoom is a classic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it makes connecting with people across organizations, including vendors, internal colleagues, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updates make it hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years now, Zoom has solved the problem of video conferencing needs. I personally enjoy using it for its capacity for large calls and webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the adaptability Zoom Workplace has and the benefit it offers in bringing everyone together seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace. Many features to take advantage of and countless benefits for our entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we are able to make our meetings more personable by everyone being "present" in one spot and everyone sharing the same meeting experience.
Great meeting app for work
What do you like best about the product?
Custom background noise filtering using my voice and in-call UI
What do you dislike about the product?
In MacOS, the home UI seems like a little bit saturated, with too many buttons and components. To date, I have not been able to understand and digest this home (not related to the in-call UI)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By easily syncing with my google calendar account, it is easy to me to add video conferencing, also now with the latest innovations on AI, I can extract with AI assistant the highlights and transcript of a call and take them to an aI tool to process them.

I love being able to having meetings with people from home or on the go and still feeling in person.

There are a lot of features offered by Zoom Workplace that I haven't taken the time to learn or utilize quite yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems.

It is really easy to use and the video quality is amazing.

There is connectivity issues during the meeting which can be improved.
