AMAZING!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the backgrounds I can choose and the idea of the service! I love zoom for all my presentations and it helps me a lot! Zoom is a lot better than google meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I go on the zoom and go on it twice it adds 2 of me which is confusing for the student/person who is on the zoom and can create background noise! Also keeping hackers away on zoom is another situation you should think about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do all my work online! I can't drive or go anywhere for my sales and it's best for me to do zoom! If zoom wasn't on this planet everything would be different and that is why I love zoom !

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to teach private and group lessons to people all around the world, and talk to friends and colleagues about things without travel or risk of exposure to viruses or other health hazard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service does not work well, often, I believe, due to poor internet connection at one end of the connection. Also, sometimes, with music things, the connection remains but the sound cuts out in an effort to get rid of background noise that is actually the music. Even with original sound on with good settings this can happen at times. Since my business deals with music, this can be a detriment, but it doesn't happen all that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to teach lessons in all kinds of situations. Saves on travel for people. Lets me teach workshops to people all around the world live.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a tool that helps my team to work quickly and fast. Zoom connects video, chats and more in one amazing app to be successful with our clients. No delays, no disruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Would like to have more emoticons or funny items to relax my conversations, probably a gallery of them to interact with my customers or when I need to do a training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom placed me close to my clients, Actually to my work team, and all people involved in projects. Zoom is a great tool to keep track of all tasks and meetings without the need to be in the same place.

Great Tool for Community Building

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share screens, change views easily and keep our meetings private with a waiting room are key functions of zoom. I work in nonprofit / charity and the ease of getting and using Zoom are important in order to connect with many different types of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is if you have longer or larger meetings, you need to subscribe and the cost could be a barrier to some in nonprofit area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to meet through continued health threats. Allowing at-risk or vacationing members of our community to continue to participate with the in-person community.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom allows us to broadcast and view our church service at home to people who don't feel comfortable coming to in-person worship.
What do you dislike about the product?
When glitches happen and we get kicked off the zoom. This can be very frustrating and inconvenient when we are in the middle of our Church service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time and money by hosting meetings on Zoom rather than in person. It helps when we have someone out of town that needs to attend a meeting. It has given us the ability to have guest preachers from other parts of Canada like Ontario and Quebec.

What do you like best about the product?
Just being able to connect with multiple people remotely. Sharing screens and helping people troubleshoots things is also really helpful. Starting out in the pandemic, we toggled back and forth between Zoom and Google Meet and found Zoom to be much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly real particular things for very particular instances. For someone who schedules meetings (executive assistant), I would love more permissions such as assigning host duties in advance to non-paid account holders. I understand why I can't do that, but when a host is needed, I have to attend and transfer duties, so that is still happening regardless.

My supervisor has enabled me to schedule meetings through her account via the zoom webpage, which is great. I'd love for that ability to schedule meetings be enabled in the google scheduling app. I very much enjoy scheduling through google calendar, but can only create a zoom through google calendar with my own account and not my supervisor's.

I would Love Love LOVE an anonymous Q&A in the zoom meeting platform. We purchased Zoom webinar just for this reason, but found it isn't as engaging for the meeting we also want anonymous Q&A for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not sure? I definitely like how they are working towards new modifications and they make it known. I also like that they offer trainings either live or recorded to refer to.

Can zoom help me trouble shoot hybrid meetings with multiple screens in person? Dumb logitistical things like that.

Daily Zoom Usage

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom almost daily. To manage my business through internal meetings along with meetings with clients from around the world. Zoom works very well, it's easy to share a screen or host large meetings and classes. I like the polling feature and the ability to mute people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that you need to pay to talk for over an hour. Meetings are typically an hour but often run just a few minutes over. We use this enough to choose the paid option but if I only hosted meetings once a week it would be frustrated to pay for the 7 extra minutes of time per month that I may need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It costs a lot in time to travel to meeting locations. With gas being expensive, as well, it really helps with efficiency and cost to host meetings virtually. Zoom allows us to easily host these.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. It has lots of useful features for work and leisure uses - the whiteboard is good for online group games with friends and colleagues. Share screen is easy to use. Breakout rooms are useful for big groups and conferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have one button you can press in order to make it so that anyone on the call can share screen without having to ask or swap it back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with colleagues all over the world with one simple web link or a personalized link is so great. It also integrates with my calendar and online booking platforms.

A lifesaver for our church during the COVID pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to set up our account quickly, and we began meeting and worshiping online. The basic settings were easy to configure. Thankfully, there is a phone option for the few who don't use computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest challenge was training people who don't use computers much. It took time, but most people were soon on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relationships are the lifeblood of church life, and we needed a way to continue meeting during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that we are able to meet in person again, we continue to offer a connection via Zoom so that others can continue to join in remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to teach and consistently reliable. breakout rooms are by far the most valuable piece of zoom conferencing for my attorneys and clients

I dont have any complaints. it works great for all my meetings.

zoom is solving an array of legal matters for my team and attorneys. It's the method we use for Mediation, Depositions and Arbitration. It's how we ultimately win court battles or reach settlements for our clients
