Zoom is a great video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has just been the most user-friendly, reliable video conferencing tool I have ever used. It always just works. Users dont need log ins to join calls, but creating users is easy enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Zoom has always worked. If I had to pick one thing, its the 40-minute time limit for non licensed users. We've only had one issue where we had to end a call and restart it, but after that, we just purchased licenses and never had the issue again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have video calls with people constantly, and need a tool that works internally and externally. Zoom does just that. For calls where leadership is presenting in town halls or quarterly meetings, to small one on one conversations with other idividuals, Zoom just works.

Zoom - Best Platform for Streaming Videos During Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing my screen on other apps is clunky, but Zoom has no lagging and the video quality is far better thank GoToMeeting or MS Teams.
Also, I like the feature to touch up my appearance!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how guests have to wait in the waiting room before calls. I like the old way better, where they would just automatically be joined into the call. I realize it's for added security, but there should be an option to ignore security concerns when I know who the attendees are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talking to clients and showing them progress on work is easier on video calls. Emails take entirely too long to write and go back-and-forth, so a quick Zoom call is always preferred.

What do you like best about the product?
I have Zoom to be very easy to set up and use. It allows me to meet multiple families at once, basically being in two places at once. Video conferencing also saves me gas and time behind the wheel so my days are more productive.

My major dislike is the occasional screen freezing.

Positive results and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for all types of experienced IT users. Usually connects the first time I log in which has been different from my other video conferencing experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. I guess sometimes I have had audio issues, but not sure if that is the Zoom software or me as the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having a phone call with someone that is out of market, we can hop on and have a face-to-face meeting therefore making it more "human" or personal.

What do you like best about the product?
That it's a commonly used platform that my clients understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's comparatively expensive and they nickel and dime you for the best features/meeting room capacities. So people try to hack the zoom experience to turn a regular meeting room into a conference because the conference package is too expensive. This leads to terrible client experiences.

Zoom obviate the need for on site individual and small group procedural meetings, allowing my people to be more productive by eliminating wasted travel time.

Indispensible for interview content creation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use to create interview content for video highlights, audio, and to get transcribed for written article content. Also integrates well with scheduling software and calendars!
What do you dislike about the product?
No matter how long I use Zoom, meetings always seem to have awkward, glitchy beginnings. Not sure how to fix that but maybe we could have some defaults for hosts to set?

Helping with remote work, and collaborating with others to create powerful content to reuse on our websites and social media accounts. Video is easy to download and edit

Ease of use, no additional software downloads, no continual updates

The backgrounds can be blurry and distracting when people move

The features to share screen, do Webinars, and host have all be helpful. The best feature is the ability to do large Webinars - we have used it often and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like that you can not do breakout Rooms when using Webinar... this is something we're considering using another platform. Be hekpful if we could use break out rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not being able to see employees when they're working from home... this has been hugely helpful in continuing the strong culture we have at the commpany.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can still stay connected and see each other's faces when we can't actually be together! This is the most fantastic tool during a pandemic!

I don't really dislike anything about Zoom.

Times when someone is sick in our office and we still want to check on them and include them in the happenings at the office, zoom is perfect!

I like that Zoom has (knock on wood) never given me any technical difficulties during sessions--unlike other video conferencing services, I am never worried that the meeting will cut out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my clients have trouble connecting to audio or getting their accounts to work. Might be an internet issue but if there was a quick troubleshooting guide that'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a solution for me as a trainer to teach classes and private clients from their home vs having to travel to them. I've been able to take on more clients as a result, and alleviate commuting time.
