What do you like best about the product?
Best and most reliable tools for online meetings and online gatherings. Easily integratable with third-party tools for scheduling. Can be easily integratable with AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like a bit heavy tools for my OS. Resource consume more. And yes, it is a bit costly due to its full-featured features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the physical time-consuming gathering and feels like meeting nearby.
All-in-One Zoom Platform with Impressive AI Meeting Summaries and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest win for me while using Zoom is having everything under one window with meetings, team chat, phone calls and AI-generated meeting notes all on one platform. Because of this feature alone, I have significantly cut down on bouncing back and forth between all of the various applications to get my day-to-day tasks done.
The AI companion feature has been the most impressive part of this platform for me. It gives meeting summaries automatically, provides highlights of action items from meetings, and goes a long way in helping me find things I would have normally missed while multitasking.
The integration of my Outlook and Google calendars is seamless, and integrating other tools like Asana or Jira is very simple.
Overall performance has been very consistent, audio and video quality have been outstanding and I cannot recall having a meeting drop or freeze recently. The interface is clean and easy to use.
In regard to pricing, Zoom is not the cheapest application; however, the return on investment more than offsets the cost of consolidating multiple subscriptions. The free tier is competitively priced for smaller teams.
Support can sometimes be slow to connect to, with the need of immediate human intervention at times, which can be improved.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how fast the costs accumulate. The base price looks reasonable until you look into how the extras like more cloud storage, whiteboard, and webinars have to be purchased as well. The AI Companion is nice but has limitations of 30 queries per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace eliminates the problem of managing multiple disconnected tools for meetings, chat, phone calls, and document collaboration. With all of these tools grouped together, in one app. The biggest benefit is that when I have a conversation with someone via team chat, I can easily convert it to a scheduled meeting with just one click through the integration. The AI also automatically pulls all action items from that meeting into a document. I spend less time taking notes and following up with people for follow-ups.

I love that Zoom Workplace is a reliable, real-time way to connect our entire company and support customers without friction. Everything happens live, in one place, and it’s consistent, allowing for clear communication. The biggest strength is how quickly and smoothly you can connect with people and solve problems in real-time. Meetings start fast, audio/video is consistent, and screen sharing just works. I appreciate that the fast connection saves time and reduces friction. Zoom Workplace stands out with its simplicity, reliability, and superior video conferencing quality, making it a 'video-first' platform that 'just works' with less friction. It simplified our meetings, and setting it up was ridiculously easy—you just create an account, send a meeting invite, and join!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features can make Zoom Workplace feel cluttered. They've added chat, docs, whiteboards, AI, and more, which means the interface can feel crowded. Some features go unused or are hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for real-time company meetings and customer troubleshooting. It provides fast, reliable communication with consistent audio/video and simple screen sharing, reducing friction and simplifying meetings. It's especially effective for external calls and poor internet connections.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability. It allows smooth communication through video meetings, chat, and screen sharing, which makes collaboration convenient and efficient. The interface is simple to navigate, making it easy for both beginners and regular users to use it without much difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes lag or disconnect when the internet connection is unstable, which interrupts the flow of meetings. Additionally, managing multiple notifications and updates can feel overwhelming at times, especially during back-to-back meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of distance and makes it easier to communicate and collaborate without needing to be physically present. It benefits me by allowing me to attend meetings, classes, and discussions from anywhere, saving travel time and making coordination with others more convenient and efficient.
User-Friendly with Occasional Tech Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Zoom Workplace is, making it very easy and convenient to use within the company. It's a great tool for participating in video meetings, and I particularly like the video feature. Additionally, the different settings you can create, like presentation views, are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's technology issues or lagging with the sound and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves problems when I need to see a PowerPoint or get more information on a presentation. It's helpful in that way.
Unique Inbuilt Features and Great App Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It has really good inbuilt features which I don't see on any other similar tools (like GMeet). The breakout rooms feature, then integration of multiple apps and tools is great add on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many settings, I feel like I have to turn on and off many things and really need to sit and have an ideal version of Zoom I want as per my need, which is time consuming and often difficult to do myself, it's a bit technical to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient tool for meeting, makes by job easy, to take meetings then students sessions - I use all the features to increase my output
Zoom workplace-"One dashboard for All"
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very useful when we have meetings with external, company-side clients for a long time. It also has better quality overall, whether it’s the camera or the audio.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the hidden toolbar, because it can be hard to find when I need it.

Zoom Workplace is still working through a few bugs, particularly those tied to its AI features.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps all employees of our company to connect at any time or place. Some employees work from the office, but some are working remotely, so Zoom Workplace is crucial for our day-to-day communications.

In my opinion, Zoom Workplace doesn’t have any downsides.

Our company solves the communication problem. We all know that connecting to department or company-wide meetings is never an issue, even if someone is not present in our office during the time of meeting.
