Zoom is simple but effective!
What do you like best about the product?
I like it from both a user and admin side- it's pretty straightforward and not complex
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Zoom breakout sessions could be tested/ previewed before the time/date to ensure people will be auto-populated in the right group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what problem they currently have but so far everythig has been running smoothly on our end.
An essential tool for all remote work
What do you like best about the product?
It's the hub for all of my work. I like how easy it is to connect to calendars and seamlessly make it a part of what I do. Easy to share content and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy at times. There are occasions where I need to restart my computer.

We need an easy way to collaborate with team members and meet with customers. This solves that.

Bandwidth and connectivity requirements and limited features in free version.

User friendly User Interface with Collaboration features like white boarding, file sharing and break-out rooms etc.
Excellent and reliable software with myriad features
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM Workplace lets me integrate many apps and add-ons to make weekly meetings more efficient and easier to get through. This includes note-taking apps, recording, and many other features that work better than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection becomes unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our team is based in several different countries, Zoom allows us to stay connected and in-line with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom has combined so many different services under one roof. Meetings, chat, phones, AI. Simply amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
When some people screen share, they seem to find it difficult to select a screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Zoom room feature is awesome. Being able to all be in a meeting from one room is great for collaboration. The AI transcript of meetings is also very awesome.

it works even in less bandwidth without any issues

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup and send the meeting invite to the recipient. Same feel for the Mobile App as well. One of the best feature is to make notes during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is still up considering few other players in the market.

During meeting, whiteboard functionality is providing great way to make a notes and draw and it feels like we are in person.

easy to use, full featured, good audio/video quality.

lacks some tighter integrations with other messaging platforms.

I need to be able to interface with team members in other locations. Being able to see and hear them in real-time makes collaboration much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
All the features right from Video meetings, team chats, and even phone that too all in one place. The interface is clean and the experience is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the interface is clean, the navigation through multiple screens makes it difficult for a new user to find the right feature quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem it solved for us is the fragmented communication. Some people prefer video conference, while others prefer team chat. Since Zoom workplace has all these features in one place, we do not need to go anywhere else for our requirement.
