Excellent Product, Service and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Outlook makes it very easy in our operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are trying to drive and using your phone transferring the login and the code is a pain. Too time-consuming. If you know you are going to be on the road, maybe a pre-set up could be established so you click once and your in at the given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid, we could not have served as many patients without Zoom. Our volume then, has really affected our Volume now.
Zoom is a great tool for business communications of all types.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how functional, versatile, and integrated Zoom is in meeting the needs of my business and my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out. Everything seems to operate as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping solve the virtual business space with dependable functionality that creates confidence and builds trust with my clients.
I love zoom but occasionally zoom shuts off and then turns back on randomly in middle of a meeting.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access on computers and phones. Being able to use video and audio. Easily muting self when need to sneeze or something. Love screen sharing and having others be able to screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
shuts off randomly with no notice. I can't tell when I have bad wifi or if they have bad wifi. It would be cool to know if I shut off my video and if the audio would be better but I don't know if that does help. It's the shutting off and completely restarting of zoom that's frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can meet people around the world. I can talk with clients with the same link and don't have to change the link to talk to them. I can screen share important socuments.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat feature is great. I like the ask for help and hand raising feature, as well as the ability to rename myself for one session at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the zoom meeting invites only work for the time alloted. This is somewhat problematic if there was an error or very late entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for cost saving and time saving. I use it for meetings, consultations, trainings and court sessions.
Easy videoconferencing for all experience levels
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has a lot of useful features. I like that it can be used on multiple devices and operating systems and the experience is consistent on all of them. I also like features like screen sharing and breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't better way to control muting and unmuting. (Muting all participants or just certain ones. Keeping people muted at all times.) Also the ability to unmute participants would be nice.
I also don't like that a meeting passcode or waiting room is required. In the meetings I'm involved with that isn't necessary and it can cause confusion for less tech savvy participants.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for having remote or hybrid meetings. It was extremely helpful the last two years when everything was shut down or remote. It is still helpful now since a lot of our meetings are still online or hybrid.
Zoom is a great way to meet in groups, when not in the same room, and share documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom because it is very easy to work with, and has become common so it is not difficult for me to share with customers as they are familiar with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside is the limits on the free version. However, the paid version is not very expensive and allows me to host meetings with multiple people for extended periods of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work remotely, away from my team and clients, yet remain in constant face-to-face communication. Zoom also allows me to share my screen, so I am able to share and discuss documents in real time.
Zoom is my "GoTo" meeting app. Phone calls are so 2021.

Zoom has great video and audio quality. I record weekly hour-long interview videos for my business, and the video and sound quality are fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the rate structure. I utilize the monthly membership & at times do a-La-Carte rates for webinar usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since videos are often utilized later for on-demand purposes, it would be great to have a partnered video-editing sw along with ability and post to YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay connected through meetings, as well as being able to teach and lead workshops virtually; screen layout and intuitive navigation support this.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy for myself and my clients to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! Zoom saved my business! There is nothing I dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business would have ended if Zoom wasn't available. AND because of Zoom I've been able to expand my service area from a 50 mile radius to the entire state!

Zoom is feature rich. Breakout sessions, Virtual Background options, Polling and Whiteboard features.

The only thing I think they can improve on is the ability to size the screen with more granularity.

Zoom is generally easier to use compared to other platforms. Breakout sessions are very helpful when needed.
