Zoom Is Essential for My Online Business
What do you like best about the product?
- The whiteboard feature helps me brainstorm with my students.
- The share screen feature helps me model reading and writing skills.
- The polls help me engage others.
- Breakout rooms provide more variation to my classes.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I would like a whiteboard that offered different backgrounds (ie. lined paper, graph paper, etc).
- I think it's difficult to make detailed changes to my account because I have to log in to the web-based version of Zoom to do this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to operate online classes, which is 100% of my business. As a student in an education program, Zoom provides me with the tools I need to earn an income while also studying at school. Without Zoom, I wouldn't have a business, and I wouldn't have an income.

Zoom is the best meeting platform, bar none
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best platform for us due to low latency, uptime, ease of use and overall solid quality of audio and video across our entire team using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom sometimes has small issues with recurring meetings where the date will not show properly on the date and time of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online meetings and collaboration between our team members - helps us by allowing us to connect with people all over the world with great quality audio and video
Always a reliable experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to operate and navigate with the easiest overall experience and the highest quality sound and picture. It always works while others providers are glitchy in sound and sight
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have a tendency to go to my Outlook Calendar first to schedule instead of Zoom. That minor hurdle costs time. Find a way to access Zoom from Outlook rather than vice-versa,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Versatility. We are able to get things scheduled more often even when people are out of the office.
Most Features and Least Headaches
What do you like best about the product?
The annotation and interaction tools of Zoom make the platform the best for online training and speaking. Less hassle showing my slides compared to other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It pretty much has everything that l need. Maybe better green screen and anti blemish filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my need to have interactive webinars for my students. As a learning business our clients instinctively know how to use zoom so it's a great help for promoting our products
Excellent features set for the price.
What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates quick meeting interaction between multiple parties. We also utilize the Zoom phone features for our users, which gives us the flexibility to assign them minutes based on useage, not a flat fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can sometimes cause connection issues, not the best out of the box setup for new instances, HIPAA compliance requires extra setup steps that aren't documented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with creating an agnostic platform for remote workers to communicate, and to facilitate business meetings between clients. It is a popular platform which increases the likelihood that compatibilities issues will not occur.

I love to be able to screenshare to help my students see what I'm working on and follow along

I am not a big fan of the feature that doesn't allow screenshare from the host and participants. It would be easier for me to see all the screens as well as the student follow along with my screen. I wish this was changed

Easier learning options for my students. I use to pre record or have to schedule one on one classes. I love the accessibility of teaching via zoom. Also I love that the links can be recurring and don't have to keep creating a new link

The overall experience of using Zoom for me Has been filtered through my experience hosting Toastmasters meetings and education sessions as a zoom master.
The platform is versatile and powerful, and for an experienced user can be incredibly useful for sharing and recording inspirational and useful information.
Compared to all other platforms at this time that I have used, this is the one I prefer, for business, and pleasure.

Connecting with large groups of people, and small groups of people from a large distance.
I'm Able to connect with people from all over the world in a face to face meeting in a way that would never have been imaginable or useful before.

Zoom is an effective tool for video conferencing and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
The video quality on zoom is excellent. It allows easy screen sharing. I also like that you can record your sessions for later reference. I have used Google Meet, but I didn't find it as easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside (and it's small) is that having my own zoom account costs me money each month.

Zoom allows me to meet with clients no matter where they are located. It also allowed me to stay connected with clients during the pandemic.

Adjust the quality of image, lighting, change background easily. Can access on swati and mobile device. Great video quality. Love screen share

Can't zoom in your video or zoom out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to remotely reach clients from comfort of my home or while on vacation. Has completely transformed how I consult with patients. Now I only go into office 2x a month!!!
